Breakfast was great! I wish they had more beef and chicken options. However, I know breakfast is standard throughout hotels, so it was overall a great experience. If they wanted to stand out, I would say having more beef and chicken options would put them at the top of my list. The room was also spotless, and the staff, from the host to the room caretakers, were friendly!

I wish the extra blankets were thicker! I get cold easily, and with the sofa bed flatter than the regular bed, I wish we were provided with thicker blankets. I also wish they had more accessibility options, such as automatic doors!

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was good with coffee available to take away which was a welcome touch. It was a convenient location for a stop over.

Noise carried from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. The rooms were quite dark and would benefit from an update. The immediate area around the hotel was uninspiring. The same standard in the UK would be closer to half the price. In saying that the breathtaking Rockies and friendly Canadian people more than compensate for the overpriced room.

staff greeted us and offered early checkin as we arrived in thunderstorm. Breakfast was excellent full of protein. Tesla supercharger 2 min. away across highway. Large room with comfy beds.

Our room faced a parking lot but was quiet as requested. I thought with a name like mountainview and the Purcell/selkirk mountains right there, I may have had glimpses of the mountains from our room. However, I would not trade a quiet room for a noisy room regardless of view.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Room was great. Breakfast had a decent selection. We arrived late in the evening. The lady at check-in was lovely. The location in Golden is excellent because it can be a jumping off point to enter Alberta (Banff, Lake Louise).

Sounded/ looked like the hotel was fully booked up so there was clearly not enough seating room for breakfast. We were lucky to get a seat when we arrived. Also some of the food had run out 15-20 minutes before closing time. Was sad that they didn't refill it even though people were still streaming in and it would have been eaten.

The reception crew was great.

The lady at the breakfast room was upset about something and was impatient but after few minutes another employee talked to her and she got calm.

This is such a great place to stay! The morning breakfast was delicious and a good variety. The beds are phenomenal, sooo comfortable. And the staff were great. If you're adventurous you can run across the highway to a couple of restaurants and a Timmy's. Would definitely stay here again

Nice stay with nice friendly staff (one even gave us a lift to the hill when our bus didn’t show as they were going anyway!). Good breakfast and close to the bus stop for our onward travel to Banff.

The hotel is a little way out of Golden. I knew this when I booked it and It’s hard to get a hotel which is close to the bus stop and also close to Golden town centre.

Central location

1 inch gap under the door. All the sound comes in the room from people walking past and noise from other rooms. That explains the ear plugs in the room!!!. We got an extra towel from housekeeping and stuffed it in the gap on the floor to keep the noise out.

The views from the parking lot were spell binding. Amazing staff and a very VERY cozy room. The only grouse was the noisy heating/cooling equipment. The breakfast and especially their scrambled eggs and that COFFEE!!!!! Simply wow! We wished to spend the whole 4hrs of the bf time drinking their coffee..the best brewed coffee.

The elevator and the fact that they did not offer even a water bottle unless you sign up for the BW membership. Checked in late at night and didn't have the energy to listen to all the explanation however they could have offered a complimentary water bottle after all for someone who asks for it must really need it.

Stayed in a two queen sized room. Beds were comfy, quiet room. No traffic noise. Lots of room and added touches like bench, fridge, microwave, armchair with ottoman. Hot breakfast and coffee/cookie service was great. Also appreciated having coin laundry. Great stay and had all the conveniences needed for a trail running event or hiking.
