Room was adequate size, AC worked great. Housekeeping was excellent, the whole Inn was kept extremely clean at all times. We only used the pool once, it was very refreshing. It would be good if there were a few more chairs for setting down items, as only the ledge by the windows for towels, etc. The Ricky's restaurant that is part of this Day's Inn has excellent staff, very friendly and attentive.

The pillows for the bed were not comfy, a dense foam type that didn't yield much for comfort. It would have been great if there was a chest of drawers in the ample bedroom, as when you stay a whole week, it is nice to put your clothing in drawers rather than live out of the suitcase. We had to use the two chairs (one from the front kitchen/living area, other in the sleeping area) to set our suitcases on as there was no place other than the floor.

Very friendly staff. Quiet hotel, enjoyable pool and hot tub. We were here for our son's wedding and it was lovely to not have to worry about everything as the rooms were equipped with irons, comfy furniture, a relaxed vibe. I feel like we were possibly upgraded from what we originally booked. Bonus: We couldn't hear traffic, had a great sleep, and Ricky's was great for social time.

I would have loved a full length mirror for getting ready for the event. It would also have been nice to be able to use debit or credit on the drink vending machines or use of an atm. Thank goodness for friends who carry change. But not a huge inconvenience at all.

We found the staff friendly and worked fast and efficiently. We found the hotel room clean. This hotel is a bit dated, the restaurant I wouldn't go to with Alice's so close down the block for amazing breakfast! Seriously, go try them! I've stayed here multiple times and often book this hotel for artists staying in town as its a very reliable experience for me when I stay there and the pool is a bonus. Staff are the standout for me although the person checking us in did seem a bit frustrated and overwhelmed with us for asking simple questions and it left me feeling a bit odd. All other staff were very friendly but she seemed to be frustrated by me, but it was also busy and she was the only staff on during check in at the desk at that time.

It would be nice if the pool hours were a bit longer as we never seem to have quite enough time to make it or there are children there when we do..maybe 5am-1am or something would be nice. was a bit warmer than expected and the ac was a bit antiquated and loud - but that's a very minor complaint. Found the bedding a little less than comfy and my blanket a bit thin but again, a minor complaint. Also would be nice if continental went a bit later as we always miss that perk as well. I'd definitely book here for my clients more often if there were more flexible hours for these things for people providing entertainment in the city even!

Clean, friendly, modern, big hotel, our family has history here. Staff were helpful. I loved that the soaps were pumped and clean but reusable (less waste). Nice to see Dove soap being used as well - know brand and not drying on your skin. I liked that the shower curtains were washed after your stay.

We got stuck with noisy neighbors. If they had proper hydraulic door closers. People couldn't slam doors when going in and out late at night or early in the morning. We would have got more rest. I suggest making them soft closing so guests dont disturb each other. Thank you! The pool and hot tub were fun. Also, you should have some dairy free breakfast options. My daughter could only eat oatmeal during continental breakfast.

comfy beds, appreciate tile flooring, very convenient there is a restaurant attached to hotel.

TV remotes are old fashioned and cable box located BEHIND the TV, very hard to use, called front desk staff to come turn on TV and show me how to use remote, had to hold remote above my head and sideways to get signal to cable box - a funny and foolish way to use a TV, especially with a 5 year old who just wants his Treehouse channel! coffee in room appreciated but only enough for one - there was 3 adults in our room. Not enough bath towels for a family of 4 only 3 towels. Staff were quick to give us 2 more.

This location is very convenient for travelers. It is so close to the ferry terminal, saving time and money on transportation. The prices are also reasonable, making it a budget-friendly option. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable accommodations near the terminal. It offers great value overall.

It would be greatly appreciated if the breakfast staff could be a bit more mindful of guests in the mornings. Many people are not fully awake yet and might be more sensitive. A little extra kindness and patience can go a long way in creating a positive start to the day. Mornings can be busy, but a friendly demeanor can make all the difference. It has nice room and amenities but the location is a bit far from anything via walking. You will need to take a car to somewhere like downtown which is only 5 minutes away. We had problem getting the correct room with kitchenette. This was Booking issue when we booked it only give us two rooms with two beds. While we booked one room with a kitchenette while one room is without. The manager was able to get us into one the next day, Scott was very helpful! 10 stars to staff at Day Inn.

A bit far off from anything via!

The room was very comfortable and the beds were great. We had a fridge and microwave as well as a coffee/tea Keurig machine. The pool was good and the hot tub was warm, but a little “off” (perhaps needing chemicals?) and the jets did not work.😞 When we needed to shower/bathe, the water was great, but there wasn’t a bath mat which made the process very tricky for seniors. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. Ricky’s All Day Diner is also part of this hotel which made dining simple.

The front desk team was amazing. As my ferry got delayed, the check in took place around 11 pm and the guys were super helpful ensuring everything was set for my stay including my request for a ground floor level room.

I would like to request the hotel to extend the 20% off coupon for Ricky's for the whole day instead of just till noon. As I was out all day throughout my stay, the only time I could use the coupon would be for dinner but unfortunately the coupons were only valid till noon.

The room was comfortable and well equipped with a small fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The indoor pool is nice for the kids. And it's open until 11:00 pm! Thank you for that! The breakfast was nice, even though it says cold continental breakfast it included waffles that you can heat, and a variety of bread, cereal and fruit.

In the pool area there weren't many chairs. I personally don't like to get in the water, but I wanted to be there for my kid. So I had to stand the whole time.
