The breakfast was very basic. We thought there would be some other warm options. The fruit wasn't the freshest and there weren't really any protein options. The kids loved the pancake machine though and it was great it opened early for them. Beds were comfortable and the view could not be beat. The beach was great and always clean. Having the free paddle board rentals was awesome.

The pool definitely needs some work. It has many rusty spots and needs some maintenance. The breakfast needs a bit of an upgrade. Our room was fine but in our group, their ac was broken and switched to another room where the ac was squeaky and super loud ( and they had to pay for the upgrade )

The breakfast, pool and beach facilities were great. I think having the extra beach items accessible for our use at no extra cost was a great bonus.

The air conditioner in our room was insanely loud. We opened the door to have the air outside come through but the wind and water was also very loud... better than the air conditioning but warm air. Not great. Price was also a bit high but with everything available that was included it made it a bit easier to wrap my brain around.

The room had fantastic a/c , was clean, comfortable and wonderful facilities

The fact that their is ducks, geese and seagulls on the beach. Very tame and close to the guests. I didn’t appreciate watching the kids feed or chase the wildlife. Definitely inappropriate and against the law. Staff should be more mindful and strict regarding that! Watched a bunch of brats feed ducks Doritos. I was extremely disappointed and horrified.

We arrived a wee bit early and were able to access our room which was much appreciated. The room was clean and right on the water - the view was fabulous. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

The breakfast room was small and breakfast basic toast, cereal and coffee. Some fruit would have been nice. My only complaint would be about the people above us. There was a quiet time which was totally ignored and we were woken up before 5a.m. with somebody running around and jumping up and down.

Staff were friendly and helpful, beach was clean and we were able to get lounge chairs both days. Complimentary 1 hr kayak and paddle boards are a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable and it wasn’t noisy at night. Good location

The complimentary breakfast had only cold boiled eggs and pancakes from a machine. Other properties we’ve had more hot breakfast options that change daily

we had a lake view room beautiful view out the window.. a Large room with kitchenette Very good service from the front desk.. enjoyed it so much we stayed a extra day. Loved the beach right out the back door

pool was a tad cool and and breakfast was not what I was used to ' I am used to some hot food at breakfast but the only thing hot was make your own pancakes

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Great amenities, pet friendly and a kitchen suite so we could have a full fridge.

Room was pretty meh, obviously well used and had no real widows (view of dark wall). Was ok for one night passing through, but would not have been good had we been staying for a holiday there. Bed was just ok as well.

If it has been set rules to start kayaking service at 9 am, then you should let us start water sport service at 9 am, rather than let us wait for a hour and more; if you said to meet us at 10 am, I wouldn't wait from 9 am until 10 and more and called front desk three times!

The hotel itself is right on a private beach for easy, close access. Shops, restaurants and amusement park are within walking distance. Room and property well kept and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Starbucks coffee in the room and full sized shampoo,conditioner,lotion etc Beach is sandy and water is gorgeous. Friendly ducks and people.

The room has a kitchenette but only one large bread knife and one smaller skinny sharp one. Rooms need spatulas/flippers for cooking. No basics for cooking like salt and pepper. We booked a queen room but it definitely was a tiny and hard queen bed.

Position with beach, shallow warm water and a Mountain View. Breakfast is throughly adequate to start your day. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.

Site is under new management and in main season they will struggle to tidy everything. Needs a deep clean in some areas. However, this would not stop me staying here again.
