We really liked the spacious suite with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, separate king suite with large jacuzzi tub, 2 large screen televisions. Comfortable large bathrobes were provided upon request. We enjoyed breakfast every morning during our stay. We appreciated the specialty coffee machines in the lobby. The pool was enjoyable although the waterslide was closed during our stay.

Parking was sometimes difficult as there were many large trucks and buses straddling multiple parking spaces. Hotel is adjacent to a major highway therefore there is much road noise.

We very much enjoyed our breakfast and the variety of coffees and drinks. Having a few different things to choose from was wonderful. Our beds were comfortable and having a Roku tv was excellent as I had my kids and we could access our Disney account and watch a movie and not deal with endless flipping through cable.

We wished the water slide was open all the time as our time constraints with checking and supper plans and then getting out in the morning left us unable to utilize that which would have been a highlight for my kids.

I had lost my wallet in the parking lot back entrance to building. Staff or affiliates of found wallet and returned it to front desk. I was especially appreciative because all of $800 cash was still in it. Thank you for your honesty. Your breakfast buffet is also excellent. Thank you

Couldn't control the air flow from conditioner. A bit chilly. Turned up temp but Started to perspire with such a warm and comfortable quilt. Nothing l couldn't handle. Still a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Quiet Clean Property with Friendly Service

Booked multiple rooms (5) on Booking .com and was quoted a rate of $159.00 / night / room. Upon checkout the rates charged ranged from 189.00 - 209.00 per room. when asked about the discrepancy the property staff indicated they had no record of the rates quoted and it was incumbent on the customer to provide the documentation to support the rate quoted. This approach is inappropriate. The property should have access to all information quoted to client at time of booking. Due to this lapse in service / information availability i am unlikely to book at Best Western for future accommodation requirements.

Very clean hotel, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a corner, balcony unit facing the back and it was quiet. The breakfast room was spacious and bright.

The breakfast itself was a little disappointing. Although there was a good variety of items to choose from, the bananas were so green it was almost impossible to peel and had no taste. The oatmeal had been sitting far too long. But it was nice having this hot breakfast option available.

The room was large and clean. I really liked that there was an available electric vehicle J1772 charger right in front. The breakfast was a typical continental and good enough to get a start on the day. The dining area was large and fairly clean considering the large amount of guests.

A dinner restaurant on premise is lacking because there weren't any open restaurants nearby and we had to drive into Prince George to get dinner. The room is spartan and could use a bit more furniture such as a more chairs or benches for luggage.

It was great having the selection for breakfasts it was great every day. the amenities in the rooms were great bed comfortable, shower was perfect for my limitations(painful climbing in and out of tubs) location was convenient enough for what we needed. The pool was great for entertaining our grandchildren.

The only thing that could have been better is a good restaurant inside the hotel. We went to a few in the area but the food was not great and actually caused one person to be ill for an hour

Great breakfast. Appreciate that there were gf and soy free options and that the attendant was attentive to the possibilities of cross contamination.

Re the room, there was no freezer compartment. This meant we could not freeze out ice packs for our outtings with the baby. Necessary to keep baby formula milk refrigerated.

Exceptional, very well placed table setting, exceptional choice of food, prompt refills of main choice items, fine choice of coffee. What more can I say. I will return.

Well, I had a hard time finding parking late at night. But then, you had a full house, could I have expected more. Your late night staff were prompt on the spot to take care of us. Maybe a supper service would be good for late arrivals, I know the wife and I would have used it.

The hotel was spotless! The rooms were spacious and the beds so comfortable! The breakfast was a highlight! Hot and cold food served, great variety and the staff kept it well stocked and were cleaning all the time!

We had a room with a balcony but no furniture on the balcony. would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air…
