Clean and well organized room. We needed to use the pull out bed for my teenager and everything we needed was there

It was unfortunate that I was unable to use the underground parking. Its 6'7" clearance, and I had a kayak on top so I couldn't fit. This meant I had to park on the street out front as all other spaces were taken in back. Fortunately, it was the weekend, so I didn't have to worry about parking time limits, but something to keep in mind if you have a taller vehicle or roof rack

Drove around for 45mins trying tk find the place. Someone needs to notify google that their arrival at destination is a block out. And for the live of god, get a illuminated Main lobby sign. The liobby looks like an office building and there.was no lobby or main entrance sign. Arrived late at night, was dark and drove the block multiple times like an idiot with 2 of us looking for the lobby. Nothing more.frustrating when its late, you have drove straight for 10hrs and just looking to rest. The rest of ths hotel and stay was awesome.

Perfect hotel for the one night stayover in Prince George on the VIA Rail train from Jasper to Prince Rupert. The room was clean, spacious, and well organized with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine replete with K Cups from Tim Hortons [how much more Canadian can you get]. The lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes for breakfast were amazing! This hotel was the most affordable hotel stay I had on my recent visit to Western Canada. Also, notwithstanding the extensive smoke from the massive forest fires outside, the room had no smell of smoke and I had a great night of sleep. Highly Recommend! Taxi ride from the train station to the hotel is about seven Canadian dollars.

Downtown Prince George is filled with "homeless" people [many of whom I have been told are habitual drug abusers] and there is no police or military presence to monitor these people. I recommend taking a taxi to and from the train station to avoid any potential altercations with drug addicts. The hotel has everything you need, including a small bar and restaurant for dinner, as well as a small market for snacks and sundry items, so there is no need to leave the hotel at night. If I was going to the region for an extended holiday, I would search for a hotel or inn outside of downtown Prince George.

It is a very central location close to businesses and downtown. Tim Hortons is a half a block away. It has secure underground parking and good security. The bed was very comfortable and there are lots of different lighting options. Very good size bathroom with a large walk in shower (no tub)

The room with a king size bed seemed tight to the wall on one side. The couch is curved and we didn't find it very comfortable for watching TV.

Beautiful hotel, public areas and the room were gorgeous. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. Had food there in the evening and it was tasty and was reasonably priced. It was less than 5 minutes from the train station in a taxi. Staff on reception and in the restaurant were very nice. See below re Booking.com misinformation regarding breakfast.

There were lots of homeless and inebriated people hanging around the area. We had to walk to the nearest supermarket which was a 10 minute walk and didn’t feel comfortable. Most guests appear to be in their cars so probably not relevant to them. Also booking.com reservation stated that breakfast was included but the staff said that they never include breakfast so information on our reservation was incorrect. However the receptionist gave us vouchers for the restaurant that enabled us to get coffee and a muffin as we were leaving for an early train.

Easy & fast check-in, Secure U/G parking, fabulous room, great housekeeping services. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub also.

No bathmat for the shower, handrail not in a spot if I needed it it would be useful, the design of shower not up to what I expected, tub small & low, disappointed especially with the room so good, seems to have been a after thought

Very clean & comfortable. Great check in ….my flight was in at 11:00a.m. & my room was ready so I was able to check in. Then I had an appt next day at 12:30 & discovered checkout time was 12:00 so that was great. I stored my car in the heated underground parking for a minimum fee & with our Northern winters, it’s great to return to a warm snow free, frost free car( I stayed at Marriott travelling to & from my Xmas holiday).

Safety concerns in underground parking. Door to elevators did not shut quickly behind me, there for possibility of someone coming in behind me without a key at the elevators and getting on elevator with me could have been possible. I was nervous of that so was watching out for that as I tried to close the keycard door to the elevators. Didn’t feel safe. Maybe security man in elevator area should be available. Or a help call button visible the moment a person enters the key card entry for elevators.

when entering door to check in at 9 pm - door to hotel was locked in atrium, front desk staff left me waiting after a long journey. She knew I was there but took her time with a gentleman who was conversing with her about not much (I heard the continued conversation afterwards/he was not in midst of checking in) she could have easily continued talking to him and pressed the button to let me in. perhaps more staff at the front desk in the evening is needed.

Amazing! Came here after checking out of a very bad hotel across the street. They acomodated and exceeded our expectations.

Nothing. It was amazing. If I could have one complaint it is a bust downtown area and my son said he woke up to sirens twice. I never heard anything myself.
