Newly renovated. Very clean , great rooms and great staff. They were so kind, very welcoming and accommodating. My daughter and her friend loved being within walking distance to the clubs and I enjoyed the peace and quiet. All shopping was within 10 min drive including some great restaurants we went to. I would stay here again for our next visit to PG. The only thing was parking. Their parking lot is small and tight, but there is room on the street as well. They were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel . The price was very reasonable and most importantly the rooms were very clean and comfy.

Accommodated our need for external plug in. The room had coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Included breakfast in the morning was great!

Our first room (and hallway) had not been vacuumed. In our second room, the gauze from the bottoms of both beds had been torn off and were just lying on the floor under the bed. We thought they were someone’s clothes at first. The bathrooms had been cleaned, but small things were not done well, like the back of the toilet seat and the accumulated ring of grime around the sink drain.

The staff are always really friendly, and help out anyway they can. We stayed in a pet friendly room, which had a vinyl floor instead of carpet.(Super great in case of accidents.) The room was clean, with a comfy bed, desk, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Breakfast options include: waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, and fruit. With a beverage of coffee, water orange juice or milk. Delicious in my opinion:D We will definitely be coming again!!

The only thing that could be improved, would be darkening curtains in the room. Even when it gets dark outside, it was so bright in the room it was hard to sleep.

Staff was very friendly; helpful in dealing with our trailer, allowing an early check-in. Had laundry facility on site which was great for us. Very clean, up-dated room and bathroom. Older hotel but very well kept. Zen Noodle House restaurant on site. Very handy having it there and dinner was delicious. Hotel was a good location; easy walk to Connaught Hill Park.

Mostly positive. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety (maybe some pasteries/muffins) but pretty good.

Breakfast room was under renovation but the hotel made sure to still provide adequate breakfast for the guests. Parking was free. Location was great right in the middle of downtown PG. Staff was very accommodating. There was an iron in the room.

The room had a smell of old furniture, but it was clean. You will notice that some of the fixtures are a bit worn out but all are still functional. No room slippers.

I arrived at a very busy time in the city as well as at the motel. I was originally given a room that hadn’t been completely cleaned yet, but was upgraded immediately. The staff was fabulous under the conditions. The bed was very comfortable.

My coffee maker didn’t work. The parking for the facility is very limited and cramped.

Everything was good in the room. The hotel room was clean, spacious enough, located very conveniently to everything that we wanted in town. Desk staff were very friendly. Parking was convenient.

Just one thing - there was no maid or item replacement service between the nights there. I could have done with a towel change and a couple of toiletries. A minor thing, but also something completely within their control.

The room was nice and clean. The room had a fridge and microwave, coffee machine as well. The breakfast was nice and simple, very convenient. The check-in and check-out were fast. We travel with a dog. The dog fee is $25. Make sure you book a dog-friendly room if you will travel with a dog. Overall a good hotel for one night.

A lot of homeless around. No parking was available at the hotel facility.

Very comfortable room, clean and spacious. For a continental breakfast it was more than we expected, but the coffee was weak!

The coffee machine was not good and sometime work, sometime it didn't. We also had to look for the refrigerator cable behind the cabinet. The microwave needs a good cleaning and it should be set and ready for use, not the guest to do that.

Excellent value. Room was good. Breakfast a bit sparse and finished early but overall this was far better than we thought it would be. Good parking for the motorcycle too as we had advised in advance that we needed a safe place.

Breakfast was a bit sparse and the corridors were a bit dingy and in need of a revamp but overall this was a very good place for us to stay
