The owners, management and staff are super friendly, easy-going, and knowledgeable. Rooms are very clean. They offer a mini to go continental breakfast. This was so nice. It contained a lunch bag with banana, apple , yogurt, muffin, hard boiled egg, granola, bar, and juice. We didn’t have to rush out for breakfast. This definitely contained us till lunchtime. The outdoor lounge area and fire pit are very inviting. We enjoyed sitting in the comfy chairs outside of our room, enjoying the beautiful view..

The hotel is situated very close to the highway. The noise from the traffic is annoying. However, the gorgeous views make up for that.

Really loved this charming little lodge. Staff were friendly upon arrival and informative. Breakfast was provided and the added addition of hot tubs was a nice touch and great way to relax after a day of hiking or being outdoors. The room was small, but clean and well stocked with a mini fridge and coffee machine. Surprisingly nice bathroom as well.

Only negative feedback I can give is that the stairs are a little hard for pet paws! I realize those are necessary for the winter time, but perhaps a carpet can be put on them for the summer time?

The location was very easy to find. It was quiet and a beautiful stop on our trip. Breakfast was a nice surprise for us. We could watch the kids enjoy the hot tub while we packed up. Our host was very helpful and pleasant. We appreciated an upgrade to the ground floor, in the front making everything so much more accessible for all of us. The staff served us with a cheerful "happy to do that for you".

I was waiting this email to write a review. Our stay was fantastic. From the reception we got a happy mood. The gentlemen was in the reception was very friendly and helped us to find a place for the next day. Room was very clean and tidy. There were all necessary items in the room. We were unlucky to use sauna and steam bath due to our busy schedule. Place is very close to the city center and the tourist location. The charge was very very affordable and cost-worthy. Any one must go there and enjoy the stay whenever visiting Revelstoke. . .

No nothing to worry there.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains was very nice. The food and drinks were worth the trip alone. And having a nice little seating area on our balcony where we could have a night cap and watch the mountains disappear into the darkness was very nice.

The ac in the room had trouble cooling the room as much as I would have liked but most people dont like to see their breath while they sleep

Comfortable room with a king size bed and good pressure shower. I liked that we had a wool blanket on the bed rather than a duvet which is way too hot for summer.

It's a fair climb to the the third floor - it was ok for us, but I failed to note this when booking. There was a coffee maker in the room but no kettle to make tea. However, h they did offer a complimentary grab and go breakfast which was appreciated.

Our room was large and well equipped in the kitchen as well as plenty of towels in the bathroom. It was very hot so didn’t use the hot tubs. Staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was great! Highly recommend the brisket, melt in your mouth. A bagged breakfast was included so great to grab and go before hiking.

We were on the top floor so lots of stairs with luggage, food, pets etc. The stairs are metal with metal treads on them so a little hard on pet feet.

EVERYTHING. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. BEST STAY OF ANYWHERE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. the staff/owners are the most caring and considerate humans I've ever encountered. I felt so at home and comfortable, my family was so very welcome and taken care for. I cannot be more thankful for this establishment. Words cannot express! And the beauty of this property, the hot tub, the breakfast, the pub restaurant, the super comfy beds, the list goes on! I will absolutely be coming back just to come here.

The staff was so great! This place was recommended by our friend Darcy. We loved the grab and go breakfast, the ease of accessibility and the rooms.

We didn't stay long enough to use the jaquizzi tub or hot tubs but I wish we had. We didn't love carrying our suitcase up the stairs and our ash tray on the deck was used - otherwise perfect stay.

Easy to get to from the highway. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and having supper outside.

The floor has a warp that the bathroom door gets stuck on when you open it. A night light would be helpful. We are seniors with some difficulty with stairs. This place has a lot of stairs. We were booked into the second floor which we managed.
