We like the place, the villa is so spacious and clean. It has all the amenities you need for an overnight stay and if you need something the staff are very accommodating to help.

The only thing that we did not like about the villa is the dining table. We booked a room for 4 adults(family villa) but the dining table is so small only good for 2 people. And there are no other table that can be used for dining. Also, please add more chairs for guests to lounge on when they just want to stay and bond with friends on the villa. But otherwise everything is perfect.

The hotel has been recently renovated, so the rooms are fresh and pretty clean. I noticed a couple of things that could have used another couple of minutes into cleaning. Ie... Lower shelves and shower door. The location is great. A great place to people watch. The beach and pier are directly across from the hotel. There can be a lot of traffic, but it didn't disturb our sleep. We didn't have our dog on this trip, but there were several in he hotel. The lower rooms are excellent for your fur babies with a big grass lawn to use. Be aware that the road is busy, and I would suggest keeping them on leash. The staff was all friendly and conscientious.

Some hair remaining in bathroom. The unit is on a complete slope, foundation problem? The unit next to us, yelling kids and barking dogs most of the afternoon. Also smoking on the porch our unit smelled like smoke if we had the AC or window open.. should be a rule to not smoke on porch.

This stay was a delightful surprise. We chose the Villas for budget purposes not knowing what to expect. To our surprise, the Villas were very clean, comfortable, warm, fully appointed with beautiful, modern furniture and fixtures. Beds were cozy. Small, but that was expected. Two big queen beds. Staff was really nice. Very willing and helpful. No view, but a stone's throw from the ocean. Excellent restaurant. Joe's has an awesome menu. Food meets or exceeds expectations. Not cheap, but they mix awesome cocktails. The Marg and Mojito are exceptional.

Floor was a touch cold. Wall outlet was insufficient for the three appliances in front of it. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I'm sure that will get fixed.

I loved the “home away from home” feeling of the Villa. Comfy bed, great kitchenette and nice bathroom. I made regular use of my personal little patio space and enjoyed the view of the ocean. There is a bistro, next door, called the Gourmet Girl that makes amazing food, baked goods and coffee.

The bathroom window doesn’t lock and isn’t frosted to prevent other guests from seeing into the room (there are blinds though). There are a couple of spots where the wallpaper is starting to peel and a patch of what looks like black mold on the baseboard near the fridge.

Location is perfect! Close to two restaurants and one of the beach gems of the Sunshine Coast

Oceanside villas although going through extensive remodeling are still just really faceted! Still old Blue Sky Motel with very uneven floors, old electrical panels exposed etc. Curtains do not fit properly so will not close, one panel on floor the other shorter???? No instructions how to operate tv; never could get it working. Having no phones in room You must go outside to obtain number on cleaning staff villa to call if you need anything and some staff not speaking any English

Loved the location, we could see the ocean from our room - a quick walk across the street and we were at the ocean. Room was very clean - beds were clean - room was cute and decorated nicely. Pillows are comfortable and it seems like you get a variety of soft and firmness so you can choose your pillow to your likeness.

the upgrades in the bathroom are great except the buttons light up for the light up mirror which means it illuminates the room at night while trying to sleep, we closed the door and it helped. The room also gets hot during the night, we left the bathroom window open a bit the first night but on the second night we noticed someone was back there with a flashlight so we closed the window in the bathroom. Beds were ok for comfort

I like how spacious the room is and with a little pantry. Also the toiletries provided are good and sufficient for everyone. It's really close to the seaside.

I won't mind coming back next time. It's good to stay one night there and there's enough space. The windows are hard to open. Not much to write here.

Location was great, just across the beach. Rooms were clean and neat, bit smaller size but was ok. Staff was very friendly to answer for any queries.

Beautiful view across the road. Excellent restaurant on site (Joe’s on the Beach) and a lovely coffee shop next door (Gourmet Girl). The location was perfect to visit Gibsons, Robert’s Creek, Sechelt and Madeira Park.

The unit had been updated a while ago and we found it strange that there wasn’t a table and chairs to eat at and neither was there any shelving or hooks in the bathroom.
