Left for the airport at 4 am, without any breakfast. Room was a long walk from the check-in, but we were able to get in to it earlier than expected, and this was much appreciated. Front office staff were pleasant and accommodating!! Room was of good size and very clean. We enjoyed our brief stay with you

The rain was so heavy that we did not feel like taking a walk to the water as we had planned to do. We missed our opportunity to see the area, but rain cannot be controlled!

On Oct. 4 we requested a shuttle pick up from the airport. Sheila arrived within 15 minutes, was very friendly and helped with our luggage. The staff at reception were helpful, upgraded our room and gave us a 20% discount coupon for the restaurant next door.

The room was stuffy and it was difficult to open the window. there was a bar on it that only allowed us to open it a little. We were disappointed by all the disposable cups in our room and the breakfast area...so much waste,

Proximity to the airport, free airport shuttle; beds were comfortable; breakfast was good; laundry facilities; good size refrigerator; keurig coffee maker; adjacent gas station for rental car fill-up; bathroom size, dove bathroom products and adjacent Dickens pub which was very good.

This hotel is in the airport flight path. Thankfully not frequent. Lack of device plugs.

The Hotel has free transport to the train station and the airport. Breakfast was a good primary option, which surprised us when we compared it with other hotels in the same price range. The coffee and tea was very good. It had just been through a minor restoration with the bed and carpet.

The hotel needs to do a few things to comply with the update, which is why we have not given it a 10. For Europeans, it is a bit strange to sleep on plastic protection of the masses.

The breakfast was a standout for the visit. Nearly all of the breakfast items were good value and the pastries offered were also surprisingly high quality. The staff at this hotel were all all amazing.

The hotel is obviously older. The rooms are in fine condition though. There have been renovations over the years but the rooms are what are pictured.

The staff were amazing and very helpful! The staff were very accommodating with shuttles to and from the airport. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice. The room was clean with good temperature control.

The pool was a little chilly but still fun for a swim! It would've been nice if the pool was open later. We upgraded our room to have a "full kitchen" but really it was more like a kitchenette. The kitchen was missing quite a few basic things like a cutting board. The kitchen also had utensils laying on the floor of the cupboard without a proper place for them to go.

From the welcome to interaction of the staff with willingness to help when requested. It is accessible to many local attractions. The breakfast is good for short stays but can be better if you are staying for a long time.

The AC/heater needs updating because it is loud though it does it functions effectively.

Female front desk staff were really good.

We left a charging cord in the room for an I pad. I asked that it be mailed as a courier to MB was $35. The male at the front desk when I called from home was quite rude, and told me I was on my own and even the post office was really close, they wouldn't mail it. He even spoke to the manager who also told him to tell me I was on my own. This rudeness after we spent over #300 on a 1 night stay is very poor service.

We arrived from a cruise ship and a couple of us weren't feeling well. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The room was a nice size. The breakfast included waffles - always a favorite of mine. There were lots of other choices as well. An excellent breakfast included with the room rate. We required a car to travel to places we needed to go which came in handy when we left the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as having pleasant staff, clean and comfortable rooms and nice amenities. We did feel the price was a little higher than what we had hoped to spend.

We have no complaints about this hotel as per above.

Very convenient location. Many restaurants and a grocery store next door. Walking distance to bus stops, boutique shops and waterfront. Free breakfast. Free shuttle to the ferry terminal and airport.

The elevator is quite slow, so I recommend to take the stairs if you are able to. The breakfast area is not very big, so it can get quite noisy and not able to get a seat if go there during busy times.
