Beautiful hotel, large rooms

Trouble with advance payment by Booking. com. Not an issue with Booking.com. Issue was with hotel finance. I spent 3 hours in total proving I had paid. There was no compensation for my time, given it was a limited visit with family.

it was comfortable and clean.

There were certain things that should have been checked before I checked in. The phone was not working and the tv remote needed new batteries. They came and fixed the problems. Also the rate changes, for example the weekend rate is higher, I did not know that. It’s close to the airport, but far from Shopping Centers.

It was new and very well maintained. Right at the airport so it was very convenient.

Nothing really, parking was limited but we found a spot.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom exceeded my expectations.

Having a keurig coffee maker would be fantastic. I find there is not enough coffee with the current coffee maker.

I've been to this hotel several times in my travels and it never disappoints. The staff is wonderful, the facilities are clean and updated, and it is convenient to the airport.

It was a great location for us. Easy to find.

Only complaints we had were pretty minor. There was no shampoo in our room. And my husband didn't realize: until he was already in the shower. And we wish that breakfast had been included for the price.

It was located within walking distance from the Winnipeg Airport. The room was clean. The Bistro restaurant meals were tasty. The staff was friendly.

The ridiculous taxes on the room rates. taxes on taxes!! Ridiculous. Also not impressed that parking was an extra charge.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very courteous.

I was not happy that I wasn't informed prior that the shuttle was not available even though I requested it . It was a very blizzardy evening to push a cart with heavy baggage across the parking lot. Also, there was scrapping noise at about 3pm sounded like snow clearing, so my sleep was interrupted.

The room was refreshing with the white walls and modern, but homey furniture and decor! The rooms where clean and inviting. The beds were super comfortable and we were not distracted by any noise from the airport next door (which was fantastic). The staff were nice and the hotel seems well kept all around. Definitely worth the trip!

There was no microwave (which we would have found helpful, but were made aware was not included) and the coffee maker was a bit disappointing (very small and specific to a certain kind of pouch coffee filter). The fridge was really small (just a heads up to others). The bedding was not tucked under the bed (very minor and picky detail). Other than those small negatives, the place was excellent!! Will come again!
