usually always stay here when I am in the City. It's right on Portage across from Polo park and all the other shopping. Its improved over the years that's for sure. The two bartenders in the bar work their asses off had a pleasant time when I went down for a few drinks.

not necessarily what I don't like but just a note that parking is terrible because of construction and pool was closed for construction. but that couldn't be helped.

Security

The bar the by the main entrance it could be tucked in the back it’s what I wouldn’t wanna see right when checking in or late in the evening civilians outside ya know. The shower heads need changing.

Close to many Shopping and Restaurant’s. Very Clean , staff very helpful and pleasant.

Not much, only complaint I have. Need charging stations near the bed. I was in Room 308. Otherwise great stay.

The room was clean and tidy. There was a carport with a plug-in, which it was great since the weather was -35 to -40 the week I was there.

Everything was great.

Conveniently located near polo park, everything I needed was within a 10 minute walk.

Small hassle to park at if you Don’t already know where to go.

The staff, they made me and my families stay comfortable. They were all friendly, and very helpful when I needed something or information.

Location was perfect for our purpose. The room Was well equipped and super Comfortable beds. Great sleep!

Even though the rooms were very clean, the hallways could have led you to believe otherwise. Halls seemed old and need refreshing. Room were great though.

Convenience and cleanliness

No laundry facilities

We recieved an upgrade upon arrival, which was really nice and unexpected, and a late check put too. My kids really liked the pool and water slide.

I was finally able to connect to the WiFi, an hour and a half before check out. It would have been nice to have been connected our entire stay. Also, the alarm clock was set by the previous guest to 6am. I guess I should have thought about checking it before it went off, but it's something I just didn't think of doing. Next time, I will.

The room I booked was not available, so Viscount upgraded us for no additional cost.

Was all good, just everything was pricey. Food was good but $$. Room was nice, but $$. Staff was great.
