Exceptional hotel breakfast - tasty, varied, abundant. Plenty of seats for breakfast and to work/hang out during the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Very helpful personnel. Free shuttle to the airport was very useful. Coffee & tea available all day in the lobby. Kids & parents seemed to really enjoy the pool.

The location is good as it's close to the airport but it's otherwise unpleasant for pedestrians.

The rooms and lounges were spacious. It was well maintained. Pool was nice and large. It was a busy weekend and there was still room for 30-50 people in the pool area. The breakfast area was large and spacious. The breakfast was good and had a large variety of foods to choose from. However, the hotel needs to provide trays. Staff was very accommodating for each request.

Parking. The parking lots were small, especially for a busy weekend with multiple events happening at once.

Facilities were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

It was very busy and noisy in the lobby and pool area. The place was full of hockey families. And they all gathered in the breakfast area to watch a hockey game. The pool was crazy with kids. Too noisy and crowded.

Missed breakfast first morning . Got time wrong .. Was supposed to check in as 2 adults 2 kids on a staycation.. was given one king room so 2 of us had to go home and back off n on all day for two days .. Was nice n very quiet .. clean .. a lot of staff don’t speak English .. Coffee n tea free was great..! ..

Had to pay for a king when asked for 2 queen beds ..

I really Love the location, it was close to the airport and stores. I felt safe to take my dog for a walk around the hotel. The pool was great. The Front desk were very helpful and really like them. The breakfast was great!

I wish there was a restaurant on the premises.

The breakfast is quite good for continental (they offer different varieties of freshly made breakfast sandwiches on top of the regular breakfast items. Bed was comfy, room was clean, we got put by the elevator and surprisingly we didnt hear anything! Walk in shower was also great, nice pressure!

The windows aren't soundproof, so you can hear vehicles moving in the parking lot (but we just had our tv on low to drown it out). TV channel selection is really limited, and the parking lot is way too small, you will struggle to find a spot if the hotel is fully booked.

Very accommodating as my husband had to be close to elevator due to recent surgery and they changed my room right away no questions asked.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel and an excellent complimentary breakfast with all the extras!

The location was easy enough to get to but not interesting.

Location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was safe. I lovedthe 24 hour coffee bar.

I didn’t like the fact there wasn’t enough plugs from my phone and laptop. The hot breakfast was repetitive but the food was good. The market could’ve had some healthier choices.

The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of fresh and tasty food. The hotel and room were spotless. The hotel is located close to the Walmart airport area. The biggest impression on me made their shuttle bus driver, Ms. Uni. Good job!

* I was surprised that they charged me a damage deposit of CAD 400.00, plus the fee for the booking during the check-in. I am a frequent traveler and I have never been in that situation in Canada. * Room #303 doesn't have a bathtub, there is a shower only. However, the shower worked perfectly.
