The hotel was very clean and well staffed. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Reception staff was very fast and friendly. They explained things thoroughly and answewred all of our questions.I appreciate the extra level of security in having all guests ID themselves. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurants have a variety of foods and hours, menu items and prices are readily available. Check in and check out was very pleasant. We used the fitness centre, it was clean, well lit and the amenities (treadmill, bikes, etc) all worked well.

cleanness, quiet, and comfortable, everything was perfect. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, close to the place I needed. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

While my stay was excellent overall, it would have been even better if the price was a bit more affordable. Including dinner in the package would also have made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn't see anything wrong in the services. Everything was excellent.

The location of the hotel beside the hospital is fabulous. The convenience and the availability was much appreciated. The hotel is very well laid out and very well marked finding reception was very easy. Our check-in was very quick. The person who checked us in was very friendly and polite. She explained everything that we needed to do and any questions we had were promptly answered. This was very much appreciated.

Convenient to hospital and doctors

Wish Alto restaurant was open for inside eating longer. We like it better than then the others there but have difficulty being ready to eat so early. Room not as comfortable for eating in. Lightning in room is very dim hard to see.

Conveniently attached to the hospital so going in between the hospital and the room is so easy.

Booking. Com website to cancel 3rd night as my husband was well enough to go home, but I couldn't cancel 3rd night. Will not use your service again

The Breakfast was good- just what i was expecting, at AAlto's. My medical appt. was next door at the Health Sciences Center so is very convenient, especially since I couldn't walk after my treatment, and came back to the room in a wheelchair. Had to use it until the freezing came out after supper.

The room was nice n clean

Access to parking was minimal. Restaurant for breakfast was not available only for takeout. I don't like eating from Styrofoam containers
