Absolutely loved this stay! The location was perfect for our purposes. It is a secure building, the lobby is very clean, friendly staff, and the room itself was excellent. TV, in-room coffee and fridge, desk, chair, soaps, hair dryer, and just the right amount of space to relax and feel organized. It's stylish and functional.

The shower catches your attention with the frosted glass that backs onto the bedroom/ living room. If you're traveling with someone, don't let this scare you. The frosted glass works! I was traveling with my 11 year old niece, and we had a good laugh about this when we first entered the room.

Centrally-located in downtown Winnipeg. The room was typical of modern and contemporary style. Clean. Stylish. Good views of downtown Winnipeg as, the North-facing wing had a really neat view of the night skyline of Winnipeg.

Bed. It was bordering the hard-soft texture. Good for guest with back problems. I should have requested for a soft-comfortable bed. The irony of the bed is that, although, the hotel target market is for young and business travelers, the bed should have on the softer side. Not unless their target guests are for those mature-type of travelers with back problems, i.e., near a casino etc.

We arrived prior to our check in and our room was available and ready for our family. The room was large, and the beds were comfortable and the linens were lovely. The blackout curtains were a great touch, as the sun sets pretty late in the summer in Winnipeg. We really enjoyed the complimentary Nespresso machine in our room. It was a great way to start the day with excellent coffee. The hotel was centrally located and we walked to almost everything downtown.

The people who worked there were really nice. The room was really clean and beautiful. The chromecast on the television was a good touch that I've never seen in a hotel before.

The bathroom door had a big gap between the doors which my friend and I believed weird for a private area. The shower had a bit of a leak that sprayed upwards when in use and the showers door was a bit rigid and let water escape; leaving a pool on the ground.

I love this hotel and I will stay there again. The rooms are nice and spacious. The colors and decor are nice so is the view from the rooms. There are too many restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The gym room will do the trick for quick exercises and was never busy when I used it.

I loved the location, room, everything really.

I didn’t like that there was no complimentary breakfast the next morning. There wasn’t even bottled water in the fridge, or water to make coffee. I had to go downstairs to ask for water to make my coffee. Other hotels provide these services. For the price I paid there should have atleast been water in my room.

I loved the beautifully designed rooms and especially appreciated the bathroom with its lotions and soaps in clearly labeled easy to read bottles!! It is so common to have to guess what bottle contains what liquid after you have already entered the shower -- because how often does one wear glasses while having a shower?

I would have liked a movie channel.

I appreciated the hotel's modern aesthetic. The hotel location was very convenient for my reason to visit Winnipeg on this particular occasion. The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was exceptional.

The hard plastic desk chair and the vertically-curved-back (too curved) armchair, the only seating in the room, were relatively uncomfortable to sit on, at least for any extended period. No drawer storage at all, only a small closet. No microwave oven.

Clean modern room. Perfect for a solo traveler. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy bed. Secure building with key card entry. Nice lobby for socializing, with liquor and snacks available at the front desk.

No restaurant, but a Tim Hortons next door and good restaurants nearby.

Amazing Hotel, staff beyond every positive expectation ! The were really great ! My home when in Winnipeg. Staff at reception, Ace, Eliah and "Shakira" were beyond kind and amazing. Took really superb care of me, helped me with taxis, getting to the airport, restaurant reservation (by the way, the restaurant "Merchant Kitchen" connected to the hotel via lateral door, is amazing!!!), and even took care of me after I check out. Really and amazing team and very attentitve. I really recommend the Hotel and will definitely be back !!
