The room was small but had the necessary amenities. Nice Nesspresso machine. More of a minimalist modern vibe. I really didn't spend much time at the hotel and only slept there, so can't comment on the fitness room nor other areas(meeting rooms for example). For anyone needing to be central to downtown Winnipeg, it's an excellent location.

The lighting isn't sufficient - a bit ominous in the hallways and even the rooms seemed to lack sufficient "brightness". There's a lot of winding hallways from the nearby parking building to get you to the actual lobby/rooms. But there was good signage to assist getting through the maze.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel managed security within the hotel well. There were restaurants adjacent to the hotel and within a short walking distance. Was across the street from the Canada Life Center. Lots of parking in the area. Having a fridge in the room was nice.

Lack of walk-in showers in rooms with King Beds. Housekeeping overlooked our room one day and did not clean. A safe in the room would've been nice.

Absolutely loved this stay! The location was perfect for our purposes. It is a secure building, the lobby is very clean, friendly staff, and the room itself was excellent. TV, in-room coffee and fridge, desk, chair, soaps, hair dryer, and just the right amount of space to relax and feel organized. It's stylish and functional.

The shower catches your attention with the frosted glass that backs onto the bedroom/ living room. If you're traveling with someone, don't let this scare you. The frosted glass works! I was traveling with my 11 year old niece, and we had a good laugh about this when we first entered the room.

Centrally-located in downtown Winnipeg. The room was typical of modern and contemporary style. Clean. Stylish. Good views of downtown Winnipeg as, the North-facing wing had a really neat view of the night skyline of Winnipeg.

Bed. It was bordering the hard-soft texture. Good for guest with back problems. I should have requested for a soft-comfortable bed. The irony of the bed is that, although, the hotel target market is for young and business travelers, the bed should have on the softer side. Not unless their target guests are for those mature-type of travelers with back problems, i.e., near a casino etc.

Very comfortable and nice staff. loved the room. Appreciated that they gave kettle and fridge as per request. Easy and smooth check in.

Can hear what’s happening outside in the hallway, wish it was more quiet. Requested to be on same floor as friend. Was booked months ago but was separated. I understand there was a concert but unfortunately for our group we were 10 floors apart.

Hotel is very contemporary in design with restaurants like Tim Hortons and Browns Social.nearby. Rooms are comfortable with nice bathroom and cozy beds. Downstairs bar with popcorn stand is kinda fun. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY and helpful 🙂.

No breakfast or on site restaurant. Although there are snacks and drinks in the main lobby. The ginger beer is fabulous.

We arrived prior to our check in and our room was available and ready for our family. The room was large, and the beds were comfortable and the linens were lovely. The blackout curtains were a great touch, as the sun sets pretty late in the summer in Winnipeg. We really enjoyed the complimentary Nespresso machine in our room. It was a great way to start the day with excellent coffee. The hotel was centrally located and we walked to almost everything downtown.

Clean, central location, friendly staff. I've stayed at Alt properties before and this one is the same quality as others. Access to parkade is great through the skywalk, we never felt unsafe and I wasn't worried about my car.

Parking is $21/day. We knew this ahead of time so we weren't surprised by it, but its still an added cost.

The people who worked there were really nice. The room was really clean and beautiful. The chromecast on the television was a good touch that I've never seen in a hotel before.

The bathroom door had a big gap between the doors which my friend and I believed weird for a private area. The shower had a bit of a leak that sprayed upwards when in use and the showers door was a bit rigid and let water escape; leaving a pool on the ground.

I love this hotel and I will stay there again. The rooms are nice and spacious. The colors and decor are nice so is the view from the rooms. There are too many restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The gym room will do the trick for quick exercises and was never busy when I used it.
