Nice building, very friendly staff, attractive rooms, decent breakfast. Unfortunately, we did not have the time to try out the fitness studio. Short walk from the Forks, the University, the Exchange district, and an excellent Indian restaurant just across the street.

Air conditioning was loud and the cold airflow was too close to the beds. It would have been so much better for the environment, economy, and comfort to allow for opening windows. I would have appreciated cheese at the breakfast bar.

Very clean, comfortable, location is good.

The breakfast in the morning was good however the serving of it could use process improvement. Many times the items were not re-filled in a timely manner and guests had to wait. The reason was told to us as ‘everyone came for breakfast at once’. I don’t think that was the first time this happened as I am sure the hotel is full of guests particularly on weekends and many people ned to be accommodated in the breakfast room at once. The kitchen staff and breakfast room staff need to improve the way they provide breakfast.

The updates to the room were really nice, and I appreciated the free coffee and the breakfast buffet. Having a balcony was also lovely. I also enjoyed the shower in the bathroom. Oh, and there's a bar with some tasty food :)

The daily parking charge seemed exorbitant. I think parking should be included in the price or should be a lot cheaper. This is Winnipeg, not some big city! It is unclear why all hotels seem to charge Vancouver or Toronto prices for parking in Winnipeg.

Brand new hotel, downtown Winnipeg. As clean and modern as it can be. Excellent staff who are all excited about the new place, good breakfast (typical free stuff), nice area where to eat and have a coffee. The fitness room is new, well equipped and large enough to accommodate many people at the same time. Parking is not expensive and right next to the hotel. Rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable.

Nothing I did not like.

Staff were amazing. They were very friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond when we requested assistance. There was also always a staff at reception which helps us feel safer, and a staff at the breakfast buffet for help too. Hotel room was very clean and nice. Everything was superb.

Room neighbour was screaming at 3:30am, although not the hotel's fault.

Staff was always friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated being acknowledged by staff upon entering reception, both upon arrival at the hotel and even upon exiting elevators. New hotel so all rooms are very clean with modern furnishings. Will stay here again in the future.

This is a very new / refurbed hotel in a great downtown location within walking distance to all attractions, all the staff were super friendly from the front desk, housekeeping to catering team. The gym is also very nice. We had a very comfortable room that was immaculately clean and loved that we could park right outside (at cost).

A guest laundry would be super useful.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout stay. Fantastic facilities, quiet hotel and well thoughtout rooms. Good location; close to grocery stores, shopping malls and Winnipeg Jets. Nice breakfast; slightky different options each day. Highly recommend.

I really like that the bed were big and the bathroom was clean. I also liked that the TV was large and connected to my Netflix account.

Just the fact that the door of the bathroom was not able to lock but it’s fine when you travel with a person that you trust.

The breakfast was excellent, my room size was perfect, the location was brilliant and an easy walk to The Forks markets and the railway station. As a solo traveler I'd thoroughly recomend it - I felt very safe.

No complaints from me.
