Unexpected convenience and comfort in the Winnipeg suburbs. Location was near the neighborhoods I needed, and there was a bonus shopping area. The hotel was new and sparkling clean. Breakfast has something for everyone. The suite was spacious and perfectly set up for my need to work for 2 of the days. The kitchen was perfect for snacks and small meals, shower water pressure and size were great, and the sheets were excellent quality and thread count. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a bike and walk trail close by, and the hotel advertises that it has loaner bikes! I'll stay again for sure.

Although there is a ton in walking distance, you take your life in your hands as a pedestrian! It's definitely not an area used to walkers.

Studio suite was extremely nice. Kitchen stocked with everything you need if you want to cook in the room. Lots of space particularly for small families.

Tried to have lunch at the hotel restaurant at 1 pm. Took 30 minutes for a server to come to take our order. Almost 2 hours later we were still waiting to get our food. The place was empty. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Finally decided to get up and leave. Not impressed with the restaurant service.

The facilities are great : comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The bar/reception areas are modern and the fitness/swimming pool are a good bonus. the best thing is the friendliest staff, they couldn’t do more, always polite and helpful.

The breakfast wasn’t to our taste as we like super healthy foods, like avocado. But they have hot food : eggs etc yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereals and breads etc so it’s hot a good selection

Cleanliness and the staff was amazing. Facilities were awesome including the gym and the pool. Well maintained. Would highly recommend.

The beds were the worst of all. Extremely soft with no back support. I do understand the hotel will not be able to cater all the personalized preferences of each individuals. But the stains on the bedsheets were a big turn off. Even after the room clean up between our stay, this was not replaced. But rest all were amazing and great.

The variety of foods available, including gluten free options, was great! Plus, the quality was much better than many other hotel breakfasts I've had. Not greasy, not "it came in a box and was recently frozen", that kind of thing. The espresso machine was a nice addition and was available 24/7. The location was easy to get in and out of, and was located close to major thoroughfares so it was easy to get elsewhere in the city relatively quickly. It was also next to a park area/green space, so it was pretty quiet other than planes flying over toward the airport, but I didn't notice that much. The staff was wonderful, and was always smiling and interested in talking and joking around with you, making you feel at home and valued. They even put on a beer and appetizer night every Wednesday now from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM to show appreciation for their guests, and the beer was local craft beer as well! That was really what made me say this stay was over the top, exceeding my expectations. The breakfast/bar area in the lobby was set up well, meaning it was quiet, bright, and visually appealing, with a variety of seating options and it really felt like a place you could relax, as opposed to couch/chair areas in most hotel lobbies that look like they are more for decoration than sitting. The bed was comfy, softer than most I've stayed in, almost too soft for me as a bigger guy but I'll take it over a rock hard bed. I brought my own pillow so I can't comment on the pillows. The room was quite spacious and mine included a small couch and a desk along with the TV stand/dresser and bed. Lots of room for me to spread out for a week of work and not feel cramped in a small hotel room. I never tried the pool, but I heard other guests saying they liked it. I can't say that anything could have been better.

Good location - close to outlet and a lot of food options. We were upgraded from a king room to a king studio which was a good size and had a kitchenette. Bed was comfy and bathroom was big. The included breakfast buffet had a good selection including a machine for espresso drinks .

It's a bit far from most attractions except the outlet and Assiniboine Park.

Staff were polite and quick to give us a hand in taking pictures. Quick with towel request. Location was perfect for our itinerary. Near major shopping centers ((Ikea and Collection Outlet). Breakfast was good, family enjoyed it.

For the price, I was expecting a room at higher floor, not on the 3rd floor. Also, for the price, room should have a better window view of the city scape,

The suites, the building, and amenities. Cleanliness , polite and friendly staff.

Breakfast was pretty basic. No sausage links as described. Waffles were cold, hash browns dried out, and cold. All in all, a great stay, I generally don't eat breakfast, but I figured I'd give it a shot since it's included. I should have stayed sleeping. Lol . I won't let that stop me from staying here again, though.

This new, clean hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The hotel is near main roads so you can easily get around Winnipeg with a car. Hotel had lots of parking, was near big box stores and groceries, had blackout curtains that work, comfy beds, good coffee and lots of choice for breakfast, pool and workout room were busy but clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to borrow a bicycle and a helmet to go explore nearby Assiniboine Wood and Park was a bonus.

Very minor observation was that the ceramic coffee mugs were hard to find so many people took disposable cups for their coffees. To reduce guest waste, having the mugs in a more visible location would be more sustainable.

The king suite was gorgeous, clean and the bed so comfortable. Loved the sectional couch. Highly recommend. We were disappointed we only had one night

Breakfast. The coffee was horrible. The carafe coffee didn’t even taste like coffee it was so weak, when we tried to use the machine, only water came out. We didn’t let the staff know as we were in a bit of a rush confident if we had it would have been fixed.
