The room was clean and modern! We slept well after a fun night at the music festival, we were welcomed to a cool and quiet room with soft pillows and comfortable bed! In the morning, enjoyed a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast items. A calm and relaxing pool area, with a hot tub and water slide was a perfect way to end our stay! Early checkin was a bonus, so we could rest and recharge before our event!

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my credit card at check in, but they were patient and offered us other options. Later that evening, our sound on our tv wasn’t working. Someone came up immediately and sorted it out. The continental breakfast was delicious and so clean! Again, on our exit the staff was nothing but friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

I actually booked at the wrong location, however the staff showed me how to get to my destination from this location and it was great!

I didn't give it a 10 only because it could use some upgrading as some wear on the outside of the building and the entrances. But that would not deter from staying here, Staff was lovely!

Great location, close to Permeter Hwy 101, we were there when the National Police and Fire games were on. (people from Jamica, Brazil , USA...) so the hotel was 100% booked. The hotel was very quiet, the rooms were clean. The Breakfast was great , each day they would have sausage or ham, hash browns or potatoes, and scramble eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit and more.. Since it was it full, they opened up two extra overflow rooms to accommodate the rush. You had the option on not requesting the room cleaned everyday, and we did this, but asked housekeeping for some more coffee or tea; and they were very accommodating. I would book this hotel again in the future.

Front-end staff were amazing, I had some family issues that kept changing my booking. They willingly changed my reservation each time in a professional manner. The breakfast room had enough choices for everyones taste. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Great breakfast! Room was really comfortable and quiet.

I reserved the room on Booking.com using my credit card, my companion used hers to pay instead at check in. If I didn't happen to view my credit card on my app, they would of billed both cards.

The best part of the stay is I had to add another room to the stay and they were able to get them right by each other this is worth a lot. Also the pool area was nice, kids enjoyed the water was warm.

TV remotes basically didn't work, had to use the buttons on the side of the tv to be able to watch the NFL draft. When we wanted to watch more programs we just hooked up a computer. The Elevator was a bit suspect but overall was a good hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and reasonable size. The breakfast was excellent with variety of choices. Gym and swimming pool facilities were in a very decent state.

The bath top size is very small. I guess it's the Canada standard. We travelled from UK and we love soaking ourselves in water after a long day out.

We were disappointed about not been able to get into the hot tub. There were so many kids in the pool/hot tub area at night time. I really think they need to limit kid time to 10pm so some of the adults can have a chance to go into the hot tub. We told the front desk about this upon our departure. So hopefully they will consider what we said.

Great breakfast..very clean rooms..staff is very helpful and polite. Very well managed property. If ownership changes, I would like to buy this well maintained and operated business
