The location is good and were very good. The security is good.
Indigenous were smoking weed in the elevator which they should take note of it.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, good people, good price, unusually good seated free breakfasts from a real menu in a very charming dining room. BUT the place is poorly maintained - nothing that a competent, conscientious newly-hired maintenance man might not easily fix. For example, paint the elevator doors. Please. I could do it, would enjoy it. The maids are excellent, but the maintenance crew needs to be replaced.
Very simple maintenance, like fresh paint and better convenience wiring. Also, my room needed better ventilation as well as fresh paint.

Quiet and staff friendly.
At times there were homeless and drug users just outside entrance to hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast menus was wonderful and a good price. the staff were very accommodating and responsive to requests. The cost was affordable.
We stayed 2 nights 1 week apart. In the first room we had a frig and a microwave - good because I could keep my yogurt and insulin cold. in the 2nd room we didn’t have either and the coffee carafe was missing.

Very stately building. Full free Breakfast was great! Bed was very comfortable. I got a really good sleep. Washroom was very clean. They have lots of little helps all around the place. I wished I could stay longer. This hotel just has a really good feeling.
The outside front entrance needed a garbage receptacle and a bit of sweeping and upkeep to look fresh. But to be fair, it’s just the end of a long cold winter. Inside the lobby has WOW factor; except for a few neglected spots, eg. the big plants maybe looked dry.

The hotel room was roomy and cozy, it was perferct for my stay in Winnipeg. The staff was very helpful and kind There were few homeless people outside their facilities, but there is nothing the hotel staff can do about it, it is rather a general problem in downtown Winnipeg
Unfortunately, they have a general problem with homeless people in Winnipeg

For starters when I booked my hotel room I accidentally booked the wrong one but I was pleasantly surprised that I was given a $100 off of my hotel room I was very happy with that thank you.
There is nothing that I didn't like everything was great.
