The room was big and pretty clean. I like that they have a fridge because it’s so expensive to eat downstairs .The staff are so nice and if you forget your toothbrush they bring you one and the housekeeping staff are excellent and so kind

I do find it overpriced as the gold suit costs as much as the Ritz and the shangrila . There’s no room service either. They advertise it but don’t offer it, you have to call the restaurant and go pick it up downstairs if they answer the phone. I was also charged $46.00 for a salad with chicken and a coffee at the actual restaurant itself The sofa was broken when I arrived ( the one side was completely off) I had to call to get someone to fix it but they came quickly .

Location was excellent with access to the rivers and nearby green spaces. It was only maybe a 30 minute drive from the airport. Plenty of parking. Had live music in the bar. Aaron behind the bar was excellent- recommended things to do, remembered our drinks all week. Room was comfortable especially the bed. Great shower.

The food. There was nothing on the menu my husband would eat. Breakfast menus seemed overpriced overly fancy. We had breakfast at the nearby Forks market every day instead for half the price. There was nothing bacardi in the bar.

The rooms are so cozy and comfortable. Excellent offerings for amenities with the gym and details in the room like nespresso and lovely drink options. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and we really appreciated the special gift waiting for us in our room when we checked in for our anniversary staycation!

It is difficult for me to come up with a negative thing to say… the ONLY thing that could improve the stay would be some availability for room service from Smith.

Appreciated the bikes. Closeness to the Forks market was very convenient.

There was no information folder in the room about what was available at or near the hotel. Information at arrival was quick, accented & not absorbed quickly because of travel weariness. When I asked about services the next day, I was advised to check the hotel website. Ahh, no. The note about the minibar said that water was a cost item. We found out a few days later that wasn’t the case.

Location was close to the river and had lots of local wildlife around, like birds, prairie dogs, squirrels, rabbits and even saw a groundhog. Forks Market was close by and had lots of food and interesting shops. Smith Restaurant at the Inn had excellent food.

Hotel website said refrigerator and complementary filtered water provided, however the fridge was actually only a wine cooler and the complementary filtered water was at the Forks Market and not actually at the Inn. No supermarket within walking distance so couldn't get any fresh fruits or other groceries.

Excellent position near the station but particularly because it was near to the food market

Not necessarily about the property but more about our rooms ( third floor ) looking directly at some very large vents on a flat roof. That’s basically all you could see. We came in at night and didn’t realise this until the next morning or I might well have asked to change rooms.

The location was perfect. It is walkable to downtown without being in the congestion. It is central to the major Winnipeg attractions. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

It was difficult to eat at the restaurant for supper. With ended up having breakfast there which was tasty.

Enjoyed the location, bed was comfortable and room was clean

A strong smell of fried food because we were on the 3rd floor with the vents from the restaurant outside the window. I did tell the front desk and they did nothing. Will ask for a different floor and view if we stay there again.

We enjoyed both the supper and breakfast we had. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. We enjoyed the onsite spa services.

There was no refrigerator provided in the room. Only an in room bar fridge which couldn't be used for anything else. No pool facilities.

Exceptionally clean room - very comfortable bed -large rooms - the attached restaurant (Smith) had excellent food and service. Very close to the many shops and eateries in the Forks. Dependable wi-fi.

The elevator was slow and somewhat clunky, but a minor issue.
