I liked the people to talk to at night when going for a walk. Interesting people that had to leave their homes behind because of a fire.
The elevators where the worst I have ever seen. Smelled of crack (sweet smell) in the hallways (people from the rez). The restaurant sucked as well.... and the pool closed two days and my kids had nothing to do....

The overall ambience. The location..accessible to all
The floor carpet appeared old and dirty, which took away from the otherwise pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the bathroom sink was quite small, and the faucet seemed unsuitable for its size. Every time we used the sink, water would spill out, creating a lot of dripping and making the area messy.

I liked everything! I always use Holiday Inn properties; and Holiday Inn properties are always a home away from home with a result that it is always a thrilling and great experience to be at a new Holiday Inn property.
There is no specific thing that I may pin point or that stands out as one I didn't like. Being a fist timer in Canada and having had no such foreign experience everything was and seemed so new with result that learning and acclimatising became the order of the day.

Location is great!! New rooms are beautiful! I love that there isn’t carpet!! The welcome gift was a nice touch.
The elevators are horrible. Can’t even take the stairs.. soap dispensers in room shoot straight out going everywhere. Water pressure could be better!

Some of the staff were super helpful and friendly especially (Daria) at the front desk, she was exceptionally professional and helpful. There is a guy works daily at the restaurant, I don’t know his name , he is always smiling and super friendly
Old, curtain are old and not working

Down the street from Canada Life Centre. It's Winnipeg, not NYC. Short walk to nice restaurants and a short walk to cheap eats. Staff was great. Free breakfast was not an Express buffet but from the restaurant menu. Very happy with my stay.

The hotel was very secure for the area! I loved that they had a full size snack selection right by the front desk so you didn’t even have to leave if you weren’t comfortable later in the evening.
Unfortunately for such a beautiful hotel it is in a pretty crappy area now. Good hotel for an adult night away but wouldn’t be a great place for a stay with kidddos

Location really good. Beds comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. WI-FI good. Place was clean
Only coffee on offer in room - no tea bags, not a problem for me tho as always carry my own. Found room temperature rather difficult to keep at even temperature.

Location was very convenient for us, it was a bachelorette party that took place in Osborne and the exchange. The key card needed for the front door at night is a good security feature. The pool hours are good too.
There was only 1 person working the desk for check in so it took at least 30 minutes of waiting to check in, which impacted our day’s schedule. We could also not find any information about breakfast so none of us were able to eat it even though I specifically chose the reservation for the breakfast. And the pull out bed had no blankets even though the rooms were booked for 4 adults. Also the parking situation is a little chaotic.
