Kids did have a blast at the pool. Quite kid friendly. EXCEPT, as kids will be kids, many were getting into trouble with several going down the water slide at the same time. Had take out food from restaurant and it was very good.

A staff member at the front desk was a bit rude to some kids as there was a question with the wrist bands for the pool area. I didnt witness entire encounter, but both sides were being a bit overdramatic. Then one of the kids went down later asking for change for the vending machine and the front desk clerk said she would not serve him and went to the next adult in line.

1) My kids had so much fun in the pool and on the waterslides. 2) The location is great. Lots to do around the area. It was a quick drive to the zoo and then over to the Forks. 3) They had a lot of security which I didn't know what to make of - I've never seen that in hotels before. I don't know if it made me feel safer or just question why they needed security. 4) Staff was friendly and accomodating and it was clear they cared if we enjoyed our stay or not. I liked the automatic text that was sent asking if we approved of our room or we needed anything else. We didn't but it was nice knowing I wouldn't have to call down and be put on hold like ive seen at other hotels. 5) The price is also a huge perk - we paid about $150 after all was said and done. Anywhere else in the area was at least $200.

1) Our room was a LONG walk away from the front desk. With two little children, I thought that was pretty inconvenient considering we had booked well in advance. Our fault for not specifying but also unforeseeable. In the future I would request a room that was poolside or just closer to the front desk. 2) No continental breakfast - there was a paid option for restaurant sit down but again not kid friendly. They are at the age where they can't sit still (my youngest is 2).

The room was great: comfortable beds, spotless bathroom (but see below), good TV. Everything worked. The staff were all great. Good food and drink in the restaurant. I had booked a second night stay a few days later and the stay was even better. My daughter enjoyed her swims in the pool even though it was a pool for fun rather than serious swimming! She is always glad to have a chance to swim.

The shower mixer handle would come off if you pulled it. You don't need to pull it! Just saying! I know, I should have told Reception, but I forgot. I'm telling you now. I am assuming you do read these. Lucky I caught it before it landed on my toes! Note to company lawyers: Now that knowledge of this fault is in the public domain you will have no defence in law if the next person to use that room does suffer that injury and sue you! Sorry, I can't remember the room number but it was 3-something.

The staff was friendly

I had asked for an early check in and received a message that it would be ready at a certain time. When I arrived, I had to wait just over an hour for a room to be ready. Also, that night the fire alarms went off. Guests were outside but no staff came outside to tell us that it was all clear to return inside. All stairwells were locked so we could not even use the stairs to return to our rooms on the upper floors.

The beds & pillows are very cozy. The bath towels are a lovely size, big enough to wrap around you entirely. The wood floors are a nice feature & in good shape. A mini fridge & microwave are appreciated. Ice & vending machines on each floor. Chicago Joe's restaurant on site. The staff were very accommodating to our Westjet fiasco's of cancels & delays. A late checkout was granted & extended the next morning. The general manager was wonderful. 24/7 shuttle to the airport.

Coffee pods & the machine could use an update. The glass shower although a great shower head with good water pressure..appeared to have black mold spots in the corners & up the sides of the shower. Definitely needs some fine tune cleaning attention.

I only needed a room from 10 pm to 4 am because of a late arrival and early flight. Jan 1, and the Victoria Inn was the only place I found that offered a special reduced rate on that particular day. The hotel is very near the airport, the room was clean, and everything was fine. I went to the lobby before 4 am and a driver was right there to take me to the airport. They call it shuttle on demand.

The room is a bit dated. But so many are these days. Everything was fine the 5 hours I was there :-)

It is located right beside The Royal Aviation Museum which besides the great rate was why I stayed there. Torc Brewery is only two blocks away. Grat place with 16 types of beer. I stayed for two flights that were $10 each. Great price for quality beer.

Nothing. The staff were exceptional. I received text after text to check if I was happy with the hotel.. and I was.great rate

the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only downsize was a very poor selection of channels on the TV.

The restaurant had your typical pub menu and the food was good but a mistake was made on my bill which should not have happened given the time of day and the size of the crowd dining. It was a very simple order and left little room for errors. It was corrected immediately.

There are many reasons to choose this property. Starting with the airport shuttle by Victoria Hotel staff, at every point staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and they are actually smiling when they see you in the hallways, front desk or the restaurant. The breakfast and supper food is very good and reasonably priced. The rooms are excellent, clean and quiet and rates are a good value.

Nothing.

The location is good for shopping and close to the Misecordia hospital. My spouse had surgery early, the cab was waiting outside. The restaurant CJs was great, the food , staff, and service was excellent. The front staff were friendly and accommodated us with an extended stay as we had to return to Dr at 4pm Thus helped alot. It was a great stay.

The bed. The mattress was good soft. But the box spring was sqeaky noisy everyt time I turned sides.
