It's our second time here, the location and value for money is what makes us come back. All the staff are friendly and helpful in any way. Right now, they're doing renovations but it doesn't affect the good service. That's why I didn't give full smile on that area for cleanliness but we will surely book here again.

Not a major one, the fruits are not fresh and it is actually not good anymore, bagels are so hard even if it's just toasted lightly. All the rest of the food for breakfast are great. We actually prefer hotels accommodations that includes breakfast.

The room was newly renovated and very comfortable... but we were right across the hall from the ice machine. Very active and noisy all night long. Who's getting ice at 3 and 5 in the morning? Otherwise the room was very nice. Good location pretty near the airport. They need to fix the lighting in the rear parking lot though. Very dark parking and the main light is not working.

I've been staying here for years and love the service! And the convenience of the location! And the fact that there are ground floor rooms with an external door which makes it so much easier when one has pets. I think it's the only Hotel in the area that has that convenience.

Keeping in mind that the hotel is now being renovated sometimes the rooms don't look as sanitarily clean as they could be. I have been staying at this hotel for many many years and was around when the last renovation happened. Light colors for hotel carpet is never a wise idea overtime. The bed and sheets are always perfection as are the towels which to me are the most important part. Sometimes there's little minor areas that could have used more cleaning attention. But overall I'll still keep staying here for the convenience!

The room was wonderful and spacious

The parking was wierd and had to park at the back. The building is being renovated so the exterior makes you wonder if it is actually open but room was amazing. Didn't like the elevator but that is just me as I am a stairs person I asked to put the bill on my debit card and they charged my credit card before I was fully checked out. But was offered to have it reversed so they were willing to correct it.

- Keycarded elevators are annoying but I understand the intentions are to keep us safe.

The hotel is really nice, very homely and comfortable. The location from the airport was the best. The staff is really nice and helpful. We had an early flight and didn't realize the hotel was so close to the airport. We were able to drop off our luggage, have breakfast, and enjoy the city (our first time in Winnipeg) before check-in. Thank you very much for everything, including the unlimited supply of hot water.

It may be helpful for the kitchenette in the suites to have its own dishes and cutlery. Thinking about it, I understand why it doesn't have, and it was really nice that we could borrow what we needed.

Breakfast was okay. Breakfast area was small and spread out over two separate areas due to construction. Our room was newly renovated and very comfortable.

After we booked on booking.com and made our non-refundable payment we found a significantly better rate on another site. Very disappointing.

The location was good for me. My trip was a combination of visiting and some work but I had more work than expected. So the room and amenities made this easy enough.

Our door keys got cut off early and we also lost WIFI. This was annoying but was quickly fixed. Even though I have glasses and a magnifying glass, the lighting and the small pint on the phone made it very hard to use. Reading without good lighting also made it hard to do.

The room was wonderful especially the fact that it had a private living room. So if someone got up early or wanted to stay up late they didn't have to disturb the other person.

The breakfast wasn't the best. The french toast was only warm and the room was very small.

The location was perfect as it was close to my family and my medical appointments. The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was fresh and tasty as well! We loved staying here especially since we were able to bring our dog along with us!!

The only thing that could have been improved was the parking. As it was first come first serve, we went out for the evening and returned to find someone else parked right in front of our room. Not the worst thing but a slight inconvenience for us.
