room was wonderful. facilities are excellent. check in staff were very nice.

I didn’t like the way the security staff were treating Indigenous families who were there. There were a number of families there and in hotel nearby who has been evacuated from their home community. It was hot and the children really wanted to swim. I understand that the rules typically are that registered guests only can swim. But these children have been forced to their community and it was incredibly hot. They were sitting in the lobby and the security guards forced them to leave. The security guards also continually were standing around other indigenous people who were there for a conference and were sitting in the lounge. It was very obvious.

I like how we can have visitors

I dont like how you guys dont accept prepaid matercards from money mart as a credit card..not everyone has good credit to get a major credit card and its a barrier for families who deserve a weekend get a way and cant because the cash deposit is outrageous.

When I checked in; we found that the room had not been cleaned; the bed was still unmade; garbage in the room; yet staff gave us a key to that room. When I went and informed the front desk, they said they would get the room cleaned immediately, and I asked for another room but they would not give me another one; they made us wait yet I had told them that my sister who was I was escorting had just come back from eye surgery and she needed to rest; instead they made us wait till that specific room was cleaned; very frustrating......and staff did not show empathy at all

Staff were super friendly. The pool was great. Huge room.

The plug in the tub was broken. There were lots of pillows, which is great, but it would be nice if some were a little flatter - as some people don’t like big thick pillows. I ended up using a folded up towel as a pillow.

I loved everything else ...the staff are super nice and very professional. The night I was there was completely nuts and the desk girl was on her own and handeld and juggled 3 things at once like it was nothing at all she was always smiling and very pleasant

I don't like the access to the hotel and parking lot . It is located on one way roads and parking lot can be hard to find a spot as it is shared with other businesses. I did not care for the pancake house restraunt food attached to the hotel

The pool was clean and there was always fresh towels in the pool area the hotel room was very neat and clean

Parking the park aid was closed makes things a lot more difficult for loading and unloading

The room was so spacious, I was traveling with 2 dogs and the room was big enough where they could play and move around freely, I was definitely impressed by that.

Although the room was spacious and really quite nice, it wasn't overly spectacular in anyway in-order to bring such an expensive nightly rate. I feel the hotel is very over priced.

Pancake house was great; Room was great

Pool was nice but a little overcrowded and the water slide was a little crazy with people standing in the pool exit area for the slide and many kids going down the slide all at once Also our room was not made up for day two. I am not sure if this was a COVID-19 thing and it was not really necessary anyways.

good location, shopping and food close by. staff very friendly and helpful. l arrived early and they just took me in right away. l really appreciated that because l was tired

staff were hard to understand at times, still don’t have a receipt from my stay two days ago, check in time is a bit too late.
