I liked everyone was courteous and helpful. The pool and hot tub was appreciated. Everything was clean. Plenty of parking. Great view from my room on the 9th floor. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had good variety.

The pool was cool the first couple days I was there but was warmer on the weekend. They ran out of pool towels at one point. They didn't have room cleaning later in the day. When it did get cleaned it was a really good job. The breakfast buffet ran out of plates and some items sometimes. In all fairness, those were really busy times.

The breakfast was excellent: an opulent buffet, replete with scrambled eggs, taters, banana muffins, toast, and refillable coffee and tea. The staff were courteous, professional, and very attentive to questions. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a wonderful view of the Winnipeg skyline. The bathroom was also spacious and very nicely-organized. There was excellent carpeting throughout the hotel lobby and within the rooms.

It's hard to think of anything that could've been improved. I think the only improvement I may suggest is offering up more guest parking spaces. By that I mean that if a hotel guest has a local friend who is arriving to meet him at the hotel, then perhaps offer that friend a parking space on the hotel property (if at all possible).

Beautiful pool and gym facilities. Big fluffy pillows. Nice parking facility with lighting and cameras. Complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. Love the 12:00 checkout time.

My room was advertised as having a view of a landmark, not sure if that meant the football stadium in the distance but I couldn’t see much else. There was lots of road noise in my room but I don’t know if that’s standard for the city, I live out in the country and I’m not used to it. I would have liked to have been able to rent a movie in my room.

Guests need to learn how to park within one space. I don't care what you drive but if you want to park like an ass then park in the furthest away spots. None of us want to carry our bags any further than we need too, especially after a long drive and getting in late. Nothing says "key my car" like taking up two spaces less than 100 feet from the doors!

Our room was great and we were able to get a crib for our toddler. There is a large green space and a park located right behind the hotel, so we went there a few times during our stay. It's a short drive to all the big box stores or downtown to the forks. We generally like to stay in this area when we come to Winnipeg.

The $15 breakfast wasn't great, we should have just gone down the street to Stella's. The pool was a great layout, but there was hair floating around everywhere in the hot tub.

Everything was very clean and bright. The pool/pool area was clean, warm and well kept. Staff was very friendly.

The parking area was very tight and difficult to get around as they had allowed big uhauls in the small lot taking us several spots. Family parking for families with young kids would be nice.

Location was very, very good for our travel purposes. The staff were pleasant, helpful and most accommodating to our needs. We had a problem, nothing to do with the hotel, and all staff rose above our expectations to assist us.

It was clean and comfortable, it was in a great location. Best part is you are near a Starbucks!

There was a sports team staying on our floor, so therefore it was extremely noisy until the middle of the night and into the next morning.

Clean, great buffet breakfast with fair options, breakfast included.

During late night hours the reception is attended by outsiders (or at least they seemed to be not hotel guests). The persons were under the influence. Security was trying their best to control the situation but by my reading of the room the police should have been called. I witnessed these in two different nights and I was there for six. This is not a good impression at all and hotel management should address this urgently.

The breakfast is very good. But the very best thing about this location is the friendliness and courtesy of the staff.

The location needs maintenance. We had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom and had to move. It was clear this hole had been repaired many times. There were signs of needed repair all around. However the rooms were spotlessly clean and the linens excellent.
