Room was clean and what not had entrance from outside so I didn't need to go through building to get into.my room my final day the owner came.kocked on door woke mw up 40mins from checkout I told him sorry I had long night was gonna check out shortly n he told.me go back sleep check out when I wanted I wanted cry I haven't had anyone be genuinely nice to me in years on another random note good n bad u have go into bar to check in they have a mid 20s gorgeous bartender who checks u in bad is having goninto the bar Also the building is BED BUG FREE ! N LOW COST

Location it's the south edge of the city not close to really anything but nothing you can do if u want a low price without any bugs or nothing the wifi was very crappy I used my phone data insted because ei was only geting two wifi bars in my room I was in a central room other then that they have toe informed in front your personal spots I came back someone in my spot but nothing was done about it ended up waiting hour for him to move because place has a bar on it has limited parking bath room.is very small n tight but very cleaning guess personal preference no.extra optional.pillows.in the room

We attended a concert at Princess Auto Stadium and this hotel was very close to the stadium. Looks a little unkept from the outside but very clean and well kept inside both the rooms and the eating places. It is called a Hotel but it is really a Motel. Very comfy beds and pillows. Excellent size bath sheets :) Comes with a microwave, coffee pot and a fridge. Both the lounge and cafe have a great menu, good food and reasonable prices.

Do not judge the hotel by the outside appearance

I highly recommend the St. Norbert Motel for a fairly priced place to stay in Winnipeg. We stayed one night. The room was basic, but comfortable and very clean. Loved the motel vibe. Our vehicle parked right outside the door. We ended our evening at the friendly neighborhood bar with great live music, and breakfast at the Nob in the morning. All accessible from inside. We had issues with a lost phone, and the manager was there every step pf the way to help us with our problem. Will stay here again.

Responsive management, good communication. Motel setup, super easy to get in and out for car travellers. This was maybe the quietest property we’ve ever experienced. Can’t beat the price point.

Beds comfortable but we’re used to queens not doubles. Big coffee drinkers here and no machine in these rooms.

Although the hotel looks a bit old, it was very clean and well maintained. There was no staff after 10 PM, but they kindly arranged for the key in advance, which made check-in smooth. It was a great value stopover for our cross-Canada trip.

Some facilities are a bit outdated, and the room could use some renovation. Also, the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Toilet was a little low to the ground, but that's not a dealbreaker especially at the price point of the room. While walking to my room I could hear loud music from another guest so I was a bit worried - but once in my room I could not hear the music at all, which was a pleasant surprise.

We loved our stay here. The staff are friendly and prompt to answer our questions. I rated it 10 out of 10 because it was so convenient. The restaurant , the bar /lounge and THE MARKET are a short walks in distance. We're staying here again next time ! Love it

On the 3rd day of our stay we were informed at the attached restaurant that coffee was free because we were hotel guests. If would have been appropriate to be informed of that fact at the beginning of our stay, not the last day, as we had gone for breakfast every day of our stay.

This little local hotel was so nice and basic. We were in Winnipeg for a family function and this little gem was so right for the price and location. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable which provided a great nights sleep. Great little cafe and big pub attached to the property.

No Coffee maker in the room. No comfortable chair besides the cafe set.

Room was clean, comfortable and good price. Restaurant on site. Beer store on site with empty returns. A/C. Saturday morning farmers market next door.

Bathroom sink slow drain. Bathroom exhaust fan did not start every time.
