Room was spacious and well furnished. Bed was good, lighting was good. Tv had to be reset every night before we could use it but it worked well after that. Location is out of the way. Did not use pool or spa. Breakfast was good.

No housekeeping for entire stay of 3 nights. However did not encounter any problems.

From the moment we arrived to when we left the following day, the hotel itself, ALL the staff, and the numerous amenities it offered EXCEEDED our expectations. Initially, I thought $150 seemed to be a little pricey for a Super 8, but after just one overnight stay, we were so impressed with everything, that we are going to make it our place to stay whenever we travel in from Grand Beach and need a place to stay. The Front Desk, Housekeeping and even Maintenance staff we saw all were very pleasant and welcoming. The entire facility is spotless - even the pool and hottub/spa. Note: the hottub is HOT ... just the way we like it. The free breakfast was the best non-continental spread we've ever seen and enjoyed. The only unfortunate thing was that we were staying for only one night. We'll definitely be back! 10+/10

Breakfast had a good variety. The room was spacious and absolutely perfect for a family of 8. Pool was fantastic. My kids had so much fun. They have a scavenger hunt for the kids and themed rooms. My kids loved the lion king bedding. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Staff, for the most part, were extremely friendly and helpful.

They have family rooms that can easily accommodate a family of 8 but they gave us some trouble at check in, even though we had cleared it with a manager. There was no bacon. Roku TV was difficult to get working properly. In the end we just turned it off and used the other TV.

Breakfast was beautifully done and a great verity of choices. The staff were soooo welcoming warm and friendly. Especially the receptionist and breakfast staff. We all thoroughly enjoyed the theme room with the kitchen. Great when you have a baby to care for. I will definitely be back and have already advised the theme room.

Absolutely nothing. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

Pool area should have atleast an hour for adults only after 11 pm. Need a better system to alert reception of people at front desk after hours. As I had to wait at front desk over 5 minutes before they knew I was there.

I have been here many times. The location is excellent for me. The facility is fairly new and high quality, it's clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast offers many options and is done well. The pool looks nice, though I haven't been, and the exercise room is adequate.

The breakfast room and coffee was terrific.

I felt a bit neglected regarding the room cleanliness. I was there for a week and was expecting housekeeping every 3 days. Perhaps Christmas caused the neglect. I had to request after 5 days that refreshing my room was required. I also had to ask for supplies beforehand.

The room was clean and well furnished. Bed was comfortable, and good pillows. The breakfast was nice with hot food, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc...There is a pool and hot tub, although I didn't use them.

This hotel is right next to a railway switchyard. It was pretty noisy switching cars, squeel of wheels etc. Was quiet at night when I visited, so it did not affect my sleep. No USB plugs for phone charging.

We had the theme room. Kids loved it. They were a little disappointed they couldn't go swimming because of maintenance. But they had a blast with the switch that came with the room. Even had a great breakfast and a good cup of coffee! Thanks Super 8 for another great stay.

Being charged a separate accommodation tax for an early check in - stayed 1 night and was charged the accommodation tax on the room but also charged the tax on checking in 2 hours earlier.
