We stay there often, the rooms on the 6th floor are a perfect size and the two TVs are great for the kids and us parents to watch different programs. We really enjoy the breakfasts and coffee in the premier lounge. Our kids love the pool and waterside and it’s the perfect depth for them and the slide isn’t too intimidating for them.

I always enjoy staying there. Only one thing that happened this last stay is I booked a larger king suite room on the 6th floor but we were checked into one of the smaller ones. Not sure if there was a price difference but it wasn’t that big of a deal. There was also what seemed like a party happening in the room below us with loud music. My wife called down twice about it as it lasted approximately 30 minutes around 1230am. It ended up getting turned off so it was all good!

Had a great stay with my family, the staff was nice & friendly, the pool is enjoyable when kids actually have their parents watching them & when they don’t bring in water guns. Definitely enjoyed the the complimentary breakfast don’t pass that up

room I had unfortunately wasn’t the cleanest but luckily I always bring cleaning supplies with me when I stay at places found a couple pieces of bread by the microwave & shower still had shampoo on the glass doors & lots of dust & dirt under the couch with the pool area there shouldn’t be allowed water guns due to parents not paying attention to there kids & you end getting spraying in the face with chlorine water when your in the hot tub or just sitting on the side in chair

We stayed in a double queen with a pullout sofa bed. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The bottom half of the mattress on the sofa bed sunk down quite a bit, but it worked for our 7 year old and 5 year old. The kids loved the pool with slide. The breakfast was great , omelette station with other hot options. The hotel wasn’t within walking distance to any restaurants and walking probably isn’t a great idea since there is a sign on the entrance to lock your car since there has been a rash of break-ins. This was a little unsettling with the odd location but the hotel accommodations did make up for it. The food at the grill was also pretty good. If it was in a different location we would definitely stay again

The elevators were quick getting us up and down, lots of drinks and snacks at the front desk.

Our room was big and had alot in it but the bathroom was a little difficult to navigate, the door stopper would bang into the shower and create such a loud noise if we weren’t super careful. I also paid alot for my room but there was no complimentary breakfast so we went elsewhere.

The front desk clerk was very nice, very helpful, and very easy to talk to. The exercise room.was amazing.the room was nice and clean. They really do make you feel like a queen.

The pool was quite dirty, with brown lines on the ladder and on the tile around the pool. Had to wait to ask yo be let into the gym. I get it they don't want small kids but we also have to wait for a clerk to be not busy to let us in..oh yes lack of Cleaning towels in the expercise room

My wife and I have stayed at the Best Western Premier twice now for a weekend getaway/staycation. In my opinion, it's the best hotel value in Winnipeg. It's a new property; the rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. The pool is large compared to most hotels and has plenty of natural light. The exercise room is spacious and well-equipped for a hotel. However, this hotel stands out for its continental breakfast, which is the best I've ever experienced in the 150+ hotels I've stayed in. They've got staff making omelettes to order, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, trays of fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, and several types of bread and cereal. It's incredible. While the rooms are not as upscale as you might find at the Delta or Fairmont, it's a much better value for families. The only potential downside is the location, if you're wanting to stay near the airport or downtown. This hotel is in the far east end of Winnipeg.

Because I booked through booking.com, the breakfast was not included. Would have been a difference of $28 for both of us to have breakfast. That needs to be noted on the booking site.

Large spacious room, comfy beds, clean, pool with waterside, quiet. Staff are always friendly.

They no longer offer the free hot breakfast with the room even though the price of the rooms haven't changed, it is still available but at 14.00/person.

The cheerful, enormously energetic way that staff greeted, informed, and assisted guests. The creativity in presentation of excellent food, and in providing extras such as the hot wings competition! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

"Didn't like" is too strong, but...the microwave in my room was set very low to the ground. I am mobility compromised, and getting down to that level and reading the buttons was next to impossible. I did not actually require the microwave but noted this difficulty!

The breakfast was very good. Frances, the man who made the omelettes was great - very friendly and made yummy eggs. All the other staff we interacted with were also friendly and helpful.

Bedding needs to be cozier. Had to ask for extra blankets because standard ones were too light (not just temperature but feeling cozy). Rooms could use more cushions or soft furnishings, or something to make it feel warmer. Your modern decor with cool colours made the room feel kind of cold and sound reverberated.
