I enjoyed the location, the staff were friendly and the cleanliness was great!

Only thing was, there were some intoxicated people somewhere above us or near my room. We got in from seeing a late movie about 11:45pm. The people's noise stopped about 1am. If they had been ongoing, I would've complained. Good thing I had my ear buds in listening to a video. Other than that, things were good. I had stayed here before at this hotel with my husband and we like this hotel. I won't let one disturbance bother my view of this place. Thank you.

Pen and 2 sheets of paper in room. Had free coffee in breakfast room 24/7. Room has clock/radio fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and hair dryer in room. 32" tv. VERY CLEAN. No streaks on mirrors, no streaks on the tub surround even. Nicely decorated entrance. Older dresser/night stand but new counter tops put on which made them look less worn. Everything looked like care was given to keep things looking in good shape. Had a "closet" vs. bar for hanging jackets. Breakfast had sausage, 2 flavours of waffles (2 waffle makers), cereal, toast/bread/muffins, juice, coffee, oatmeal and fruit. Outlets on lamp bases. Overall quiet stay.

Appeared to have run out of eggs before breakfast hours were over. I didn't ask anybody though. 2 floors but no elevator. It was noted in advance, though. Somewhat small breakfast area. Didn't notice any prices on the snacks in the lobby.

We were happy to see two adjoining rooms were gives to us and the front desk staff who checked us in, I think her name was "Charm" was really charming, cheerful, and was very kind and patient to give us all the good info about the hotel and the surrounding areas. Rooms were comfy with good amenities as were the beds. Lots of parking was available. Check out lady was also friendly during our checkout and was kind to offer a fork for my son's mac and cheese.

The breakfast customer service can be improved with more kind interactions with all hotel guests. In morning time breakfast room gets very busy and one person handling breakfast maybe overwhelming, I recommend to have a second person in breakfast room during the rush time at least. I also recommend more healthy breakfast options: varieties of veggies and fruits., if possible.

What i liked is that lady who cleans rooms (rm#246) found our bank card and gave it to us without any thought of taking it. Most ladies would take from other hotels and why it's a big deal is I do analysis of hotel stays and this is the far beat stay in winnipeg I had in my 20 years of experience of this field. Gave that lady a raise 🙌

Hotel was in a great location, rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t stay for the continental breakfast because we were running in the Manitoba marathon but we appreciated the hotel offering an earlier light breakfast for the runners.

The room and hallways had a very heavy scent of mustiness and dog. Im assuming someone with a pet was in our room last because the smell of dog was almost overpowering. We had to open the sliding doors for a while to try to air it out.

The large suite with king bed was really worth it. No stair to climb was very nice and necessary for people like us with bad legs, Front desk people were very nice.

There was white face cloth with a large black spot wasn't sure if it was mold or not. I was in room 155 (Winnipeg South Pembina location). For a long weekend the breakfast should've been longer it until 10 am, and the breakfast room was shutdown too quickly. The parking lot - driving in and out was confusing. There needs to be better signage especially for out of town people who are not use to the city.

Breakfast need to be changed. They are always repeating the same kind of meal everyday and it makes one tired and loose appetite. There should always be variety and better options

Very clean rooms, nice staff! Delicious breakfast! The girl who served breakfast was great! The women who cleaned were very friendly and very clean everywhere!

Very thin walls, the hockey team was laughing very loudly at 2am and keeping the whole family awake

A smoke alarm went off on Sunday morning, not the whole hotel, just the one in our room. Edited: although there were some other problems, management solved them, so I have improved my review rating.

It was very clean, and the establishment was very enjoyable.I would definitely recommend booking thru this again. As it was easy to use and gave me a excellent price.. Thank You

I have nothing negative to say, my stay was wonderful, the company was excellent at arrangements.
