I stayed at Stay 549 alone for a quiet getaway, and it was everything I needed. The garden was absolutely stunning — filled with flowers, trees, and the calming sounds of nature. It felt like stepping into a little slice of paradise right in Winnipeg. Although I didn’t get the chance to use the pool or hot tub this time, they looked so inviting, and I’m already planning to come back just for that experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. Stay 549 is a beautiful, peaceful spot that I’d recommend to anyone needing a reset. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I felt like a kid again, staying at my grandmothers house in Oklahoma during my childhood! In all of my years of traveling, i don't think I've ever had a more positive experience in my life. This place is really amazing. The owner is super sweet! The ambience and welcoming atmosphere is just amazing. It's supremely quiet and i slept so well there.

There is really nothing to complain about!!! I mean, there is literally NOTHING to complain about!!!

The heated pool was salt, not chlorine, which I appreciated. The backyard was a wonderful wind-down oasis. The space downstairs was open, and you didn't feel cramped. Having space in the fridge and freezer were convenient. Having the shampoo, etc, in the shower and the other products in the bathroom was a nice touch, too. There were lots of appliances in the kitchen area, so if you wanted to cook you could. It's a lovely house and everything was well organized.

How the mother spoke to my very good friend because I made the, obviously huge mistake of not understanding that the parking area was part of the No Registered guests were allowed on the property and she should have parked on the street, while we went for our walk, was Unprofessional.

The host, Val, was very nice and met us at the door upon arrival to introduce herself and give us a tour. The breakfast was good w/eggs in the fridge, fresh French and rye bread, cereal, etc. There were baskets in the fridge for each room too. A little on the small side, but we made it work. The cleanliness was great, too. Bathrooms cleaned each day.

It was a friendly atmosphere. The hosts were excellent. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out and the house were very concerned about her and treated as well was nice socializing with other guests as well. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

This place is wonderful, strongly recommended, awesome room, extremely clean, very nice kitchen, everything is brand new. The hosts provided us the swimming suites for the hot tube-we were not expecting that! The hot tube itself is wonderful, extremely relaxing. The hosts has been very very kind and friendly. Parking was awesome. We are very experienced travellers, and this Is the best example of a small-business-kind place to stay. There is a hairdryer, microwave, tons of shampoos, creams and cosmetics in the washroom. There's been a free cake in the fridge! 10 out of 10

I always write something in here, but this time I can't mention any cons, the place is strongly recommended, no cons this time ;-)

Paradise in the middle-of-the-road city. Was quiet. Close to hospital that I needed to be at. Hospitable hosts. Friendly owners. Felt extremely comfortable and safe. They take care of the gardens beautifully. Was a joy to have coffee on deck every morning at this serene place. Hot tub and pool glorious. Bbq area is fantastic. Great place solo or a girl.friend get away. Will be going back.

That we didn't stay longer. Till next time. Hosts were like long lost friends. Amazing.

Everything was great about this place. The location was good. The house was clean, and the common area was well stocked and convenient. Definitely felt high end. I didn't realize the hot tub was available and neglected to bring a bathing suit. My bad. ☹️ The ladies were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfy. It was really worth the price. I will definitely stay again. Especially when having to catch early flights or come to the city on business.

The only thing I missed was a treadmill so I could do my morning run. It was -24 outside. However, the west YMCA is less than a 10 min drive away. It was 16$ for the drop-in fee. None of the gyms that were close accommodate drop ins. There is an Anytime Fitness, Shapes, and Planet Fitness all within a 2-10 min drive if you're a member.

Everything was just GREAT. Cindy and her family are very nice and friendly people. I felt there like at home. They care about guests with maximum care and diligence. Very cozy place, nicely decorated, free parking, place is located close to the downtown, not far from the airport, hot tube and tasty breakfast were big bonus. I will stay there again when I am back in Winnipeg.

This place is amazing. Cindy and Val did awesome job with the decor and you'll instantly feel like home. You'll share living room, kitchenette and bathroom with other guests. The entire space was spotless and offers all amenities you can think of. My room was extremely cozy, the bed so comfy. I stayed 2 nights and I enjoyed the huge outdoor hot tub on one of those evening. Very relaxing, quiet stay, thank you!

Everything was perfect, there's literally nothing I did not like.
