It was clean loved the slush machine when we got there and the refreshing water at the desk. Whether it was for us (paying customers) or not, they need to incorporate that cuz that's amazing after a long evening in the heat it was so refreshing and inviting. The beds were comfortable, clean, and affordable

The towels were too small when finished a shower. The way the light switches were when we had a plug in for our chargers but it wouldn't work cuz of the switch. Customer service lagged. She couldn't wait to get back into her back room when I was trying to ask questions. The toilet roll was really close to the toilet maybe try another one and not a hook (LOL)

Pet friendly queen suite on the ground floor. Well stocked kitchenette with full fridge, freezer, coffee maker, 2 burner cooktop, kettle , toaster, place settings for 2, cutting board , dishtray, sink, microwave and 1 pot and 1 pan dish cloths and soap and teatowels.Well laid out room. Good hot water and bathroom floor appeared to be heated. Great value.

The room was very warm and hard to get it to cool off for sleeping. Only muffins for breakfast and no butter but with a full kitchenette we were fine reheating egg cups we had frozen and brought from home

The deluxe king room was great! Loved the big fridge, stove top, kitchen sink with all the items you need for a kitchen. The bed and pillows were comfy. The toilet was higher for people with mobility issues and the shower was very nice. The air conditioner worked very well. I liked the bigger table and everything was very clean. This room really made my longer stay feel like home. The staff were so pleasant and helpful!

If I had to say anything, I would suggest there needs to be an additional handle in the shower as the one under the showerhead seems awkward to find to move around in the shower. There was no handle to hang onto when using the toilet but the counter is close to use.

As always, property is amazing and staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are always amazing and clean, truly my favourite hotel in the city.

Unfortunately with each stay, the noise levels have been getting worse. Especially since the pool doesn't close until 11pm. I feel sorry for any elderly or working guests, as kids and teens are noisy. I think the noise curfew needs to start at 10pm, as anything after 10 is quite bad for sleeping guests.

Loved the 24/7 fresh coffee and great muffins offered up in the morning plus the slush machines in the evening, all nice, unexpected surprises which we really enjoyed. That along with a very clean hotel/room, comfortable beds/pillows and more, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again if travelling through that area again!

The pool with pool toys was a huge hit with our little, the location just outside of the city was easy to find

I had partially chosen this hotel because it offered EV charging and we own a Plug In Hybrid. Unfortunately the plug was unable to be used during our stay. Also limited breakfast items were out of stock and you had to wait for replenishment

The muffins were great. So were the beds.

A car in the parking lot had its windows smashed and another was stolen during our stay, made me nervous about whether mine would be fine each night.

the mini fridge in the room was located on a shelf that was above a table and bench. This was a very inconvenient location for a person with limited mobility as you had to climb up on the bench to reach the fridge. Not at all safe. Please look for another location for the mini fridge please.

We had an excellent stay but I think for your customers that have been staying at your hotels and have no problems with damage (keep the rooms in the state that we got them) the deposit should be waived, would be great for customers that take care of the rooms..thank you

Disappointed that we couldn’t plug our hybrid in even though there is a plug in available. The power wasn’t on, on site personnel didn’t know how to turn on breaker and manager was unavailable to provide guidance. On site person was supposed to get back to us when manager responded so I guess that never happened.
