The room I eventually stayed in was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. The hotel offers many great facilities such as a gym, pool, sauna, and hot spring, although I didn’t get a chance to use them this time.

When I first checked in, the room assigned to me had not been cleaned — the bed was messy and there was leftover trash from the previous guest. I had to return to the front desk to request a room change. Thankfully, the staff handled it quickly. One other thing to note is that parking comes with an additional fee, which wasn’t clearly mentioned upfront and was a bit disappointing.

The room was clean and spacious and came with a lot of toiletries. (Mouthwash, body wash, shampoo, etc). The bed was super comfortable and the TV was a good size. It was nice and warm and the room was pretty soundproof, as I didn’t hear anyone around us, even in the morning.

Only complaint is that we went to the pool area around 10:00. We waited in the steam room for like 30 minutes and a steam cycle never came on so that was kinda disappointing. After that we figured we would go in the hot tub but it’s very small and there were already too many people in it. By the time they got out it was pretty much 11:00 which is when the pool area shuts down. I sat in it for about 30 seconds and a worker came in and told us it was closed right at 11, which is fine but disappointed we didn’t get to enjoy it. We felt rushed to get out of there as the workers were lingering and staring as we gathered up our stuff. I understand they have a job to do, but we felt a little hurried.

The location was fantastic. And knowing that the building was quite an old one I thought they did an excellent job of updating the hotel. It was thoroughly modern. Staff couldn’t be more helpful.

The first night my room was across from the elevators and ice machine. Of course it was extremely noisy as many families were using all of these items. When I approached staff they very graciously moved me with an upgrade to the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

Would have liked breakfast to be included, like many hotels are doing these days. Parking was a bit confusing. 12 dollar charge, and you have to scan a QR code to get out, but your room key to get in. Just thought that could have been a smoother process. Also, the elevators were almost always busy with staff. Would be helpful to have a service elevator.

All aspects of our stay at the hotel were excellent. It has a good location downtown. Check-in was straightforward in the classy lobby. Our room was clean and quiet, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The pool was nice as well.

I missed the detail in the booking process that includes breakfast with the stay, but that's on me. We had no other issues.

For such an affordable price, the gym and pool were in excellent condition. The gym had better equipment than some independent gyms I've been to! The staff was wonderful and the entire hotel is well organized and welcoming.

There was a lot of traffic noise from motorcycles revving their engines at night, but it ended before midnight (and the hotel can't control traffic. There was some construction in the hotel, but it didn't bother me.

Excellent location. Nice room and very comfortable bed. The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. All and all we had a wonderful stay and hope to be back someday for a longer stay. I did not need anything but I liked the fact that one can request room supplies from a "menu" on the TV as well as viewing the final bill before checking out.

The hotel was very close to the concert we attended. The rooms were large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are many great restaurants nearby. Although we did not eat at the grill located within the hotel, the food smelled amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I liked that the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

There was a lot of noise both mornings when we stayed from kids running and making noise in the hallways. There was also a lot of banging sounds as if from jumping on the floor which make it hard to sleep in the morning.

I liked the pool, sauna hot tub , the food was amayzing. The staff was polite and amayzing service at the arrival and when we left. Clean bedroom and i had a note from the staff and a little pink teddy bear i find it was so cute and Kind. I will return for sure
