The room was clean and spacious and came with a lot of toiletries. (Mouthwash, body wash, shampoo, etc). The bed was super comfortable and the TV was a good size. It was nice and warm and the room was pretty soundproof, as I didn’t hear anyone around us, even in the morning.

Only complaint is that we went to the pool area around 10:00. We waited in the steam room for like 30 minutes and a steam cycle never came on so that was kinda disappointing. After that we figured we would go in the hot tub but it’s very small and there were already too many people in it. By the time they got out it was pretty much 11:00 which is when the pool area shuts down. I sat in it for about 30 seconds and a worker came in and told us it was closed right at 11, which is fine but disappointed we didn’t get to enjoy it. We felt rushed to get out of there as the workers were lingering and staring as we gathered up our stuff. I understand they have a job to do, but we felt a little hurried.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

Would have liked breakfast to be included, like many hotels are doing these days. Parking was a bit confusing. 12 dollar charge, and you have to scan a QR code to get out, but your room key to get in. Just thought that could have been a smoother process. Also, the elevators were almost always busy with staff. Would be helpful to have a service elevator.

For such an affordable price, the gym and pool were in excellent condition. The gym had better equipment than some independent gyms I've been to! The staff was wonderful and the entire hotel is well organized and welcoming.

There was a lot of traffic noise from motorcycles revving their engines at night, but it ended before midnight (and the hotel can't control traffic. There was some construction in the hotel, but it didn't bother me.

The hotel was very close to the concert we attended. The rooms were large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are many great restaurants nearby. Although we did not eat at the grill located within the hotel, the food smelled amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of noise both mornings when we stayed from kids running and making noise in the hallways. There was also a lot of banging sounds as if from jumping on the floor which make it hard to sleep in the morning.

I liked the pool, sauna hot tub , the food was amayzing. The staff was polite and amayzing service at the arrival and when we left. Clean bedroom and i had a note from the staff and a little pink teddy bear i find it was so cute and Kind. I will return for sure

We we're there for a staff party and enjoyed not having to leave the building, therefore more enjoyment at the bar. We both slept wonderful. We had a nice view of the Avenir from 805, next will be 811.

I didn't like that I didn't eat at the restaurant. I didn't like that I didn't use the pool. I didn't like that I didn't use the gym.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff were consistently helpful and offered assistance at every turn.

The main entrance have stair on both sides which makes accessibility hard and also not easy to get suitcases up.

I have 0 complaints about the hotel. I can't speak to parking as I was dropped off and picked up, however the lobby was welcoming, they had a great water counter to stay hydrated, and the room was very cozy, spacious and the bed was quite comfortable

The hotel was clean and the staff was warm when greeting us. We stayed with a baby and two dogs and the staff were great with my dogs and child. Overall a family friendly and amazingly designed facility. We enjoyed the pool and steam room available.

The loud neighbors we had, may do the Hotel some good in even having a night watch person walking floors to correct rowdy teens who are staying with poorly supervising parents.
