Delta hotel had an excellent location. Downtown. The room was large and the counter space was very well arranged. Large bathroom with full tub and shower. Again the counter space was wonderful in the bathroom. Fresh towels the next morning and the room was tidied up and beds made up for our 2nd night. The beds were a bit too soft for me, but my sister slept well. The Pinnacle Restaurant had a great waiter, Gavan. He chatted with us and made us feel right at home. We even talked with the bar tender to see if she could make a special drink. She tried hard to please our request. Wonderful experience.

Soft beds and the comforter was too heavy. Lighter one would be better. The garage parking was an experience too. Didn't know exactly where to put our car. Some construction going on in there. Wasn't sure if I had to pay at the machine for the parking before entering the walk way into the hotel. But asked and no it was on our bill. Leaving the garage was again strange. You drive out through the automatic door, expecting to go out the same way as you came in, but it wasn't. I was a bit nervous as to where I was, and where was the hotel front enterence . I found it, across the street from the parking.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. It's a beautiful hotel. My experience was what I would love every hotel stay to be. Check-in was quick and easy. There are lots of elevators, so you are not waiting in the lobby for long. The room was big and clean. We enjoyed the pool and fitness facilities. The sauna, hot tub, and pool were great for relaxing. Overall, we had a great stay.

Access to the parking garage was a little confusing, but that's on me for my terrible sense of direction.

The staff was very friendly and considerate and the rooms were tidy and clean.

Parking was $15 per day as well as taxes. I spent a little over $40 on parking for 2 days which was a bit steep, considering parking is normally free or included in the price at a lot of other hotels in St. John’s. As well the menu for room services did not have a lot of options and was pricy for the portion sizes.

Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, well appointed, great beds. Great location in St John's.

Restaurant service was abysmal. We left. Inside the hotel is gorgeous, outside of the hotel looks derelict, almost abandoned. Overgrown, weedfilled gardens, garbage around the street in front. Very disappointing for a Delta.

Room was clean and efficient, location was perfect right downtown St. John’s, in-hotel restaurant with great food, awesome live music event in the ballroom, love the artwork in the main areas, meant to go to the pool but didn’t make it there. Great stay, thanks!

Didn’t like leaving…will stay longer next staycation :)

Love the restaurant staff and food. The location was close to our venue.

Systems were down. Staff did their best to get them up and running and offered a free appetizer in the lounge. It took a couple hours, to check in. Thought it was inconvient and stressful for the hotel The staff stayed friendly and did their best.

Cleanliness, location, staff, breakfast, Starbucks, harbor views, St. Johns overall as we covered much of the island..

No business center. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel 1 night out of 6 and was not impressed with the choices we made for dinner.

Came in through parking garage with clearance regulations. Exiting parking garage. Scrapped roof on the truck. Could not exit. Had to get staff to let me out through entrance. Unnecessary damage to my vehicle.

Room was super clean, bed was comfy, location is amazing, restaurant and bar were great (highly recommend the seafood chowder, best we had all week), staff were just super friendly.

Everything was excellent. No complaints what’s so ever. Staff, cleanliness and all the meals were awesome. Would definitely book with you guys again. 100 per cent.
