We wanted a night to do something different with the kids for summer break, weather was rainy so festivals were cancelled.. We went to the mall and they picked out bath bombs, had lunch and then went to the hotel to check in for 4. As soon as we got in our room we got ready for the pool, they had a blast, the slide was big and it was nice that it didn't drop into the deeper water and it wasn't fast for the small ones they didn't need a life jacket (they do provide lots of different life jackets and pool towels you don't have to bring your own) if you gave yourself a good push or go down on your back you will definitely pick up speed. Also the hot tub was nice and relaxing on the body. We had lots of fun. Went back to the room they had bath bomb fun, showers, and had a numerous amount of places to choose from for supper - the kids chose Boston Pizza. Went back relaxed and had a great rested sleep in a comfortable bed with nice duvet, the A/C could be adjusted to your desired temperature. I loved that they had 2 Queen beds at an affordable price with a great pool. We woke up, got ready for their complimentary breakfast which was amazing - they had so much food and drinks, done buffet style. We went back to our room and got ready for the pool where they had a blast again, they didn't want to leave. Went back up got showers and baths and rested while packing up then left for 12. We had a great stay here, staff was friendly, & great location with so much to do local, so much. Will likely be back soon for all of these reasons. Thanks!

Dartmouth crossing needs a liquor store lol closest one is Tacoma or the cold beer store late at night. Nothing relevant to the Hotel.

We loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was amazing and our room was very clean. Beds are sooo comfy I wanted to take one home!

Only thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the actual hotel or staff. The room beside us was partying and clearly drunk, slamming doors, being loud and up and down the hallways making it impossible to sleep and frankly very nerve racking knowing my kids were sleeping.

The breakfast was excellent and it was nice to have so many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The pool area is lovely

The baseball team that insisted on playing ball in the halls and walking up the waterslide 8 at a time and the parents who grumbled when the staff tried to enforce the rules/expectations.

The room was nice and clean. Day round access to the tea-coffee station was a great benefit. The pool with the slide is a wonderful addition to chose the hotel.

The breakfast was always a challenge: the staff was not able to serve it on time for the number of people coming to have it simultaneously. As well as, the tables were dirty during the breakfast time, and guests needed to clean them, using napkins.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good and the dining room very clean. Room was very clean. Staff at every encounter from front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff in the hallway were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

One elevator not working so there was a line up in the morning for check out.

The pool was why we booked this hotel, but I was very disappointed- it didn’t look like it has been cleaned in a Very long time. Hot tub water was murky, there was bits of loose gravel or dirt around and in it and all over the pool deck. The floor around the pool was so uneven you’re losing balance in a lot of spots- with kids running around this is dangerous. Just very disappointed with the uncleanliness and disrepair of the pool.

Loved the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool. Water slide was a hit.

Not that I didn’t like, more so the pool areas looked visibly worn with rust and water bubbles coming from the ceiling leaking water. Despite that, I took my son to the pools washroom (girls) and it was not gross. That’s important to me as it’s a wet area and can be extremely disgusting. That I appreciated. So great work

The location was excellent. Outlet stores within walking distance and breakfast was included.

The breakfast food ran short on a few days and took a long time, if at all, to replenish - I am sure it was due to a staff shortage.

Quick check in, was allowed an early check in, since I was travelling with my eight year old daughter. Staff was so polite and genuinely helpful. Fireworks display across the street was an added bonus to our stay! front staff even gave my daughter some halloween treats! The staff member working the breakfast area was very nice and helpful.

My only negative comment concerns the pool on Saturday evening of our stay. My daughter and another mother daughter were enjoying the pool when 4 teenage boys came in, they basically took over the water slide, so much to the fact that my daughter wanted to leave the pool area, as did the other mother and daughter. They were running and down the slide, climbing from the bottom of the slide to the top of the slide. Very unsafe! I know it is swim at your own risk, but these young men should have been old enough to know better. Was extremely nervous that they would hurt someone or themselves. I did mention it to the nice employee restocking the towels, so I am not sure if the situation was rectified or not.

breakfast was great!! staff was very friendly, pool/slide were a good setup for our 10-8 and 4 year olds… lots of great restaurants directly across the street, close to gas station.

pool area definitely needs a lot of upgrading.. one of the old hot tubs was a major hazard( not filled with water/no barriers around it. Water slide although fun, was very rough( uneven surface )which resulted in our 10 year old getting scrapes. Pool was much colder then expected. A lot of algae build up around pool deck( definitely not as clean well kept as the pics show) room amenities weren’t as well stocked as expected(half a roll of TP). mattress’s were very hard. smart TV’s would be a great upgrade.
