I liked the room it was nicer than expected based off of the reviews I had read. The staff were super friendly and I liked that I didn’t need a credit card, I was able to use my debit card! This place is also walking distance of the bars if you plan on getting a drink or two.

I didn’t like that there was no light on the ceiling. So the main part of the room wasn’t very bright.

great place to stay for a few days, it’s clean, has a good bathroom, the neighborhood is awesome, no bed bugs. I was suspicious at first due to all bad comments, but this hotel great if you don’t have super high expectations: clean, comfortable, practical, great geolocation and nice staff. Would recommend!

We can hear people in their rooms, but it’s not that bad. The AC is loud enough to cover all sounds. Wifi struggles a bit. No breakfast.

The staff we met were friendly the bed was firm just the way we like it. Didn't hear much from the traffic outside so the was a plus. it's at a good location close to downtown Halifax.

the building was under renovations but it was clean inside. The tv turned on but there was no cable.

They didn't sell bottled water. The tap water was gross. The TV did work but I was there to see DOA ( 89s punk band) so by punk lifestyle it was wonderful.

The Inn needed to be cleaner. Constant slamming of doors while trying to sleep. The outside does not give a good impression. No cable TV

I didn't like that I had to park on the street. I worried about getting a ticket. I had to move the vehicle every day. I was hoping to do some walking. Not up and down stairs.

Great bargain stay, in the heart of Halifax! The room was tidy and clean with a comfortable bed, up to date tv and mini fridge. Both the kind woman during the day and gentleman at night, working the front desk were wonderful. The hotel itself is quaint and cozy, the price was amazing for the location and I am sorry to see the negative reviews. We felt totally safe and comfy while there. Will be back again!

I didn't like that there was no one there to support the desk clerk when she was being harassed by another guest. She is wonderful and deserves a raise!

Room was clean and comfortable. It was useful to have a fridge too. Staff were very helpful. Good customer service

Two quite odd things about this accommodation 1 At check in we were asked to pay a $200 returnable deposit. No reason was given for this. Apparently this requirement for $200 deposited is on the reservation confirmation which you only become aware of after you book! 2 At checkout we were asked to wait in the reception area which staff returned to check the room we had just left. Again no reason was given for this and it’s not anything we have ever experienced before.

The decor and construction make the hotel creepy as hell 10/10
