Clean, nice staff, complimentary welcome drink at arrival and coffee and tea in the mornings. Personally, I found the beds very comfortable (firm but not hard) with good back support.

We found the air-conditioning system rather old for a new hotel and loud which was noticeable especially at night, the window could not be open so we had to leave the air con on. This could have been particular just to our room though, but as we spent only two nights and were tired enough from the travels, we did not bother raising it as an issue.

Loved the decor 😍 ❤️. There are games in the lobby, 2 nice patios to lounge. The gym even has a massage chair for those tired muscles. The location is within walking distance of the waterfront, and Argle Street, which is known for great restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were very friendly and gave us a welcome drink on arrival. 😋

For a brand new hotel, we thought the soundproofing would have been great, but it wasn't. We were on the second floor and could hear people below on the patio chatting and people coming in all hours of the night. The bed was uncomfortable 😫.

Great location to the harbor and parks. Staff were amazing! Room was excellent! Decor was brilliant, access to so many games, Murphy door super fun-once you know how to open it. Just loooooooved it!

Fire alarm in the am not so fun. some humans with ankle monitors drinking and staring at you through the windows while we were playing chess was very disturbing, but we are not from a big city that sees that kind of stuff so maybe that’s our issue of being blissfully unaware.

Very well decorated, great staff, amazing food. Walking distance to the Scotia bank centre and many other nice spots. Super clean, smells like bath and body works, even the parking garage felt heated. Fun games in the lobby

The air conditioner in our room was super loud when kicking on. Rooms were quite minimalistic with only one tiny garbage in the bathroom and one tiny fold down desk for surface space. The tv in perspective to the beds placement was interesting.

Fun atmosphere, great decor, friendly staff. You get one complimentary drink at the bar as a welcome. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. There are extra supplies available in the hallway such as kettles, toiletries, shaving kits and towels etc.

Not a big issue, but we didn't have clean towels for a couple days, we didnt know we could help ourselves from the hallway cabinet (we should have inquired sooner). When we found out it wasn't a problem at all. Staff were happy to restock it when needed.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant especially in terms of its decoration concept and comfort. I stayed in a queen sized room with a kitchenette, and I found both the room size the bed to be very comfortable.

There was no window at the room:( As I made good use of the kitchenette, I really missed having access to fresh air, which was not possible due to room's facade design.

The welcome drink should have at least 3 choices and it shouldn't be standart. Not everyone drinks vodka. Love the idea but didn't use it. Like the new minimalistic concept, but was missing small fridge in the room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Didn't like the chocolate french toast. Too sweet for breakfast. Welcome drinks shouldn't be offer just with vodka

I love thier unique variety of entertainment and the games in th lobby is a great touch and the decor alone is amazing & rooms are beautiful and amazing bathroom great beds and many cool surprises with in the rooms love how the rotary phone tells you stories love love it love it.the staff are exceptional and acomidate anything they can do to make my stay even better. It's a seven star out of five....

The hotel had a fun vibe and the decorating was unique and made for a good atmosphere. Good location, we walked to the waterfront and the Citadel. The stafff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

The room was a little smaller than some hotel rooms. That would really be our only complaint.

Really trendy place to stay, had everything you needed for a short stay! There was two staff members working at the front desk on Sat 14th at 16:15 and they deserve some recognition (we didnt catch their names) but they were so lovely and welcoming - really put a positive experience on our arrival - thanks again!

Our window didnt have any nice views, just a wall of another building - which is fine just the only downside!
