We booked a standard King Suite with kitchen. It didn’t have a sofa bed, but our 6 year old slept on the couch made up for her regardless with no issues (she said it was comfy) however if you need a suite with a convertible sofa, the room is much smaller. (We did see one and made our decision after) Our suite had a full kitchen, which was fully equipped, and a bathtub as well as separate shower. The two large floor to ceiling windows in this suite were also amazing! One in living area and one in bedroom. The pool downstairs was clean and well stocked with towels. The pool deck furniture is super comfortable as well! Waterslide was a bonus that we didn’t realize was there. All in all, great stay, comfortable and very clean.

There isn’t much at all I can say badly!

The room service was very good and enjoyed the close proximity of other services such as restaurants, shopping, and easy access.

There was no dresser in my room to store my clothes. Since I was there for 9 nites, a place to store my clothes, other than my suitcase, would've been great. The house coffee, 1967 dark roast coffee, I found, was terrible. The pouches for the room didn't fit the coffee dispenser properly. Those coffee pouches were not made to fit the coffee machine in the room. Someone should look at that.

It is a ideal location for people visiting Dartmouth. It is at the entrance to Dartmouth Crossing a major shopping, entertainment and dining area. For those driving It provides easy access to local highways for day trips or excursions in and around Dartmouth, "The City of Lakes".

There is a need to improve the directional signage to the hotel. The hotel is tucked in behind a gas station with a small strip mall. There should be a sign indicating where the entrance is located.

The shower was much better than the St. John's location and the other Halifax hotel I stayed at during this trip. This pool was also much bigger and had a slide. No kids while I was there.

The hotel chain has a points program that I had joined while in St. Johns. The front desk clerk in St. Johns said my 2 stays (6 nights total) will go on my new points account, but the one in Dartmouth said they only would not since I booked the rooms through Booking.com .

The room and overall ambience of the hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The morning coffee in the lobby is excellent. The receptionist at check-in was extremely efficient and friendly.

The price of a small cup of (lukewarm) coffee in Denny's was a shameful $4.00 each - no refills. The location of the hotel was convenient for us (close to highways and easy drive to the airport) but otherwise not very attractive or walkable.

-It was clean -The hot tub was actually hot, and you could feel the jets, unlike some other places I've stayed. My son loved the waterslide. - You had to scan your card to use the elevator

There was a Denny's attached...but I didn't like that there was no free breakfast for the price I paid for 1 night. They could have at least had grab and go items like muffins, fruit,yogurt, granola bars or something.

Room was nice but a bit on the small side. Facilities were clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Parking was a nightmare. The parking spots are small. We noticed that mant people were using two spaces. If you parked in one spot you had to struggle to get your door open and not ding the cars parked beside you. We won't be staying here again because of the parking.

Hotel was new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was very good and there was a magnifying makeup mirror which was appreciated. A room card was required to use the elevator which was a good security feature

View could have been better. It was the roof of the restaurant with the HVAC equipment and this was an upgraded room

This was our favourite suite. My son is 8 and really enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfy and the pool was a favorite as well. Staff seemed friendly enough. It was busy. Things were clean for the most part.

Dishes were dirty in the suit but I didn’t mind rewashing. People above us were a little rowdy, and there was a dog under us who barked for awhile. Minor things that are really out of your control. Maybe next time we would ask for the top floor or something.

New,clean and staff were very nice

Sounds block was terrible, my room is connecting room, can hear the next door talking very well，especially the next room people stay late and wake up early (after midnight and like 6am), that's very effect my sleep schedule.
