The location for us was perfect! It was just off the highway which was also a bonus! Gas station next door, restaurants and stores were within walking distance. The staff were friendly, check in was easy, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and having a large bar fridge was great! Walk out from our room was handy too. Breakfast had a variety of items! Eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, pancakes, cereals, muffins, breads, yogurt and fruit.

At times we could hear people in the rooms beside us or across from us. Not sure that can always be avoided. Spreading people further apart that are staying in the hotel more, may help.

Bed was comfortable. We had a dead light bulb and it was replaced quickly when we reported it. We were also given a list of the tv channels available. It was easy to walk to the supermarket. We were able to park outside our unit. The lady in the breakfast room worked non stop and was pleasant and friendly; people like her are an asset to an organisation.

The towels were thin. The breakfast room was in a V shape and there was a big traffic jam around the toasters. We would have liked to stay an extra day but couldn't as they were booked out.

1. Our room was super clean! I was wearing white socks to walk in our room and my socks remained as white as they got there. The bed sheets were also fresh and smelled good. 2. We loved the bed so much! Very soft and comfortable. 3. The shower was also very pleasant as it had a great water pressure that made it very relaxing. 4. The breakfast was super delicious! They offered everything we love: fresh waffles, pancakes, bacon, eggs, bread, muffins, yogurt, fruits and so on. Every morning my husband and I were looking forward to eating breakfast. 5. The location is excellent! Walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, dollarama, Starbucks and some other stores and restaurants. Also very close to downtown Huntsville.

We honestly had no problem at all.

Breakfast was what one would expect for a hotel breakfast. Eggs were tasteless.

In the room the hotel offered tea but there was no milk supplied. The front desk confirmed that milk was only available in the breakfast room each morning. The room's desk clock did not function so I took it to the front desk where the hotel person didn't know what to do with it. The room was on cool, about 18 C when we arrived, so heat had to be turned on since temperature outside was about 10 C.

Location was perfect, Very comfortable beds, and size of our room. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would recommend it.

At first glance some hallways looked damaged or in need of repair, wallpaper , paint. Just cosmetic things. But our room had nice tile floor and the room was clean and nice.

We loved that the property was clean and well kept. Everything worked (the tv, the heating, the coffee maker, the hairdryer etc) The breakfast that was included was delicious and pretty substantial compared to others we’ve experienced where you basically get coffee and muffins. This one had cereals, oatmeal, toast, bagels, eggs, bacon, boiled eggs, waffles, pancakes, juice, coffee and tea - quite impressive!

Not any fault of the property I guess - but we had a guest on one side of us that left the tv on all night - until around 5am when they finally turned it off. On the other side, we had someone with a happy dog that barked through the entire night.

Very good location near downtown Huntsville. This place is quiet nice and the rooms and beds are comfy. I was impressed, the rooms look closer to a 4 star hotel to be honest, but that's a personal opinion. We went during the fall peak season and would definitely come back for future trips. If you are under budget and looking for a solid three star location, this is where you want to be. We had a dog with us (a mini Aussie), and the staff was really friendly to him, there are tons of green spaces around the location to take him out for him to do his business.

No complains to be honest, as a I said, a solid three star location just be mindful of that.

The breakfast and dining area. Could not handle the number of visitors. Overflowing into hallway both mornings. Ran out of cups, food, etc. No seating. Too many people in room. The TV was horrible. Terrible reception, on analog. Picture was stretched. Went to front desk to ask how to change it. They didn’t know. Technician was not in. No guide on TV. Was given a TV channel guide on paper. Thought the price was expensive for what we got. $250 per night for an average motel .

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is well positioned, walking distance to Huntsville restaurants and shops. Free parking at the hotel. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast area was very crowded, but we stayed around the August holiday weekend which is a popular time of the year.

The room is big and quiet despite being close to the highway, and was cleaned everyday. The outdoor spaces are a nice touch with tables and BBQ. There is a supermarket and gaz bar right next to the motel, and downtown Huntsville is a 5 minute drive with cute restaurants/pub by the river. Overall the motel feels safe, quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast offers some variety of options but everything is premade. The only opening window in the bedroom is tiny, so the room doesn't smell fresh. The motel is next to the highway in a retail area.
