The location to the town was perfect - a short walk to the water, all shops and restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, Tim Hortons and Starbucks. The room was comfortable with plenty of parking. Didn't really need to talk to the staff but were available when we needed to stock up on amenities. Was definitely one of the nicer motels I have stayed in.

No reflection on the hotel itself just perhaps some things that need to be adjusted in the room. The tv stopped working at the last night for some reason. There was a leak with the shower which meant the water would spray into the bathroom. The fridge was too cold where it turned our orange juice into ice.

This was an older style roadside inn. We were looking for basic accommodations at a reasonable price. What we got was a clean, quiet, refurbished room with really comfortable beds, great drinking water, a nice shower/tub, small fridge, and a coffee maker. Walking distance to restaurants/downtown, a few kilometres drive to Arrowhead Provincial Park (where we snoeshowed), and just a couple of blocks or so from the EV charging station.

Coming into the room, we'd be stepping onto the carpet with wet/dirty boots. There was a boot tray to put them on, but because the boot tray didn't have ridges, the boots stayed wet on the the bottom and the tray didn't dry. The towel bar by the sink had hardware to put the bar on, but there was no bar. We were in the bottom room beside the outside metal staircase, so when people thumped up the stairs, it was quite audible. However, people weren't coming in late at night or super early in the morning, so it wasn't an issue, and there weren't that many people in the upstairs rooms.

Location is great, very walkable to downtown Hunstville where the shops and restaurants are. Great wifi connection and the room is clean.

a common area for heating food is available however, a microwave in the room would be great. Curtain on window is blackout which is good to block the outside light , but a sheer liner curtain would be ideal so you can keep the curtain open and able to see outside without the people able to see your inside room completely.

The room was newly renovated, and well laid out, clean and functional. The beds, pillows and bedding were excellent, and the room heating worked properly. There was even a separate heater in the washroom. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The shower head and tub spigot both had installation problems, due to installation errors (they were both new). This was not a big issue as far as our stay was concerned, but it was pointed out to the front desk for correction.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I booked the room for my mother and me. It was her first time in Huntsville, so I wanted her to have a great experience. The location was perfect. It was walkable to shops, restaurants, parks, etc. The rooms were clean, the beds were excellent, and there was a big screened TV, which she was hooked on. For future visits, I will be booking this place again. Great Job!

Our room ( #4 ) seemed like it had recently been renovated giving it a pleasing fresh modern style. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I had the best sleep I've had in quite some time. Small noises keep me awake so I really appreciated that the small fridge was so quiet. The A/C while not super quiet, didn't keep waking me up as most do. There seemed to be good sound-proofing as we barely heard the guests above or beside us. Nice large screen tv. We enjoyed the comfortable chairs and small table as it was perfect for playing our board game one evening. Lots of counter space in the separate bathroom vanity area with nice lighting. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

For just 2 night's stay it wasn't a big deal for us, but for longer stays perhaps - there are no drawers for clothing in this room. Something we've encountered the past few years and a pet peeve of ours, is not having any sheer curtains in motel rooms as well as the heavier light-blocking set. When we get up we like to have the light in the room but do NOT appreciate everyone being able to see directly in our room.

Location location., friendly staff they even placed old squares of towels on our motorcycles. For drying the areas wet from rain/ few. I will be staying again

We stayed for three nights. The room had no clean towels for the duration bed wasn't made garbage was overflowing.

Rooms were very clean. Bedding nice and fresh and clean. Location is good to downtown Huntsville. Walking distance if the desire gets you. Was warm on a chilly night. Coz.

Didn't like that it is built with no real window that can be open for fresh air. No even a fresh air vent window. That's just me as a preference. They do not have continental breakfast any longer. That I couldn't check in a bit earlier even though looked like some rooms were ready to roll. I arrived very early. I understand not checking in very early. But a bit early would have been nice as it was cold out and wanted to get warm and settled.

The room is clean and organized. The location is excellent, walking distance to some restaurants like McDonald's, KFC, Wimpy's Diner and not far from downtown. The washroom looks newly renovated. The bed is, comfortable enough. The price is reasonable.

The bed makes noise when you move due to the wooden frame/foundation. They could change mattress and add wall art. A microwave in the room would be nice, but there's a microwave in the middle of the floor, that is easily accessed. It sometimes is a bit noisy because of the vehicles passing by. We were on the 2nd floor and this motel/inn is on the main road, close to the downtown Huntsville.

The room was clean and renovated. beds were clean. Location was great.

The fridge was not cold enough. The shower did not work properly and you could not stop shower and have just tap water, which was annoying. There was no shower gel, just shampoo and soap.
