Good service, very clean and new and very well maintained. Great facilities like warm pool and new gym. Big window in the room. Very comfortable beds and linen and pillows.

Comfortable clean room with all the amenities you'd need. Location was very close to the hotel. We loved watching the different planes fly in, so close! Tons of food delivery options and Uber and Lyft. The hotel staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and maintained well. The breakfast looked great although we didn't get a chance to try it. There's also regular shuttles back and forth to the airport. We would stay here again.

That the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. The bathroom gets super foggy during showers and when traveling with other people it's necessary.

a wonderful stay! The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a great variety to start the day off right. The pool was a good size and worked well for both a relaxing dip and some fun. My room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to rest after a busy day. What really stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This was some of the best service we have experienced in a hotel in quite some time. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made the difference. Overall, it was a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable stay that I would happily recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel after a long 10-hour flight. From the moment we arrived, Navneet welcomed us with exceptional kindness. She offered chocolates to our kids and water for us, and treated our whole family with such warmth and care — it truly made us feel at home. The next morning, Aayush went above and beyond to answer all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. His helpfulness and attentiveness made our stay so much more pleasant and stress-free. Beyond the excellent service, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is ideal — just a short distance from the airport with a well-organized shuttle service. Highly recommended!

Super close to the airport. Lots of transportation around to get into and out of the city/ surrounding areas. Toronto zoo - 2hr-45min (bus/train) Niagra falls - 3hr-30min (bus) Toronto - 45-60mins (bus and / or train) Shuttle to hotel/airport- 5mins (every 30 mins)((terminal 1 and 3 pickup and drop off)) Seems long, but in reality, you'll pay 5-10$ to get to any of these stops instead of 3-500$ for a car rental. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were super friendly. The products they have for sale (snacks and stuff) are super expensive (10$ a large bag of chips for ex.). Other than that, everything was amazing, just like the included breakfast! To note: this is an unreal spot for aviation enthusiasts. Will 100% be worth your money We were in room 417. (Facing the city) the other side would be great to catch arrivals if you're 5th and above that way you can see the airfield. Otherwise the side facing the city is beautiful with the CN tower.

I just wanna say that the reason why I gave it an eight was because I endured some trouble upon checking in to my room and the young lady that helped me was exceptional. She definitely deserves all tense, however just to go through that the headache of trying to get into my room and my card kept declining which maybe had nothing to do with Holiday Inn however I was just frustrated

I like the fact that the young lady who took care of me at the front desk she was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make my day as comfortable as possible given my situation with my debit card.
