It was clean and basic, which was just what we were looking for. The kitchen amenities are also basic but functional. The bathroom facilities were definitely updated. The bed was very firm but not rock hard. Linens were fine with lots of extra blankets if needed. The wifi worked fine, but cable had a delay. It's still watchable though. The owners were quiet nice people, not invasive. Sometimes, there is a language barrier but not insurmountable.

The motel is not exactly central to visiting a lot of activities and tourist attractions being right after the Confederation Bridge but a lot are just 1/2 hour away. Was not a terribly biggy issue for us.

Older Motel, good value. Had everything I was looking for.

Office and Restaurant door locked most of the time. Didn't seem to be very interested in having guests eat there.

I liked being able to go out the door to the car. Good washroom. Comfortable bed and enough room. The kettle was helpful. I liked the chairs inside and out.

It took me a little while to figure out how to lock the door.

We like being close to the bridge.

It was very noisy because of the highway. There was noise through the night (like kids running up and down the hallway?). There were no room on the other side so we are not sure about this.

Easy to find, clean, nice shade trees out front. Dated but renovated and Everything you need.

Street noise. Trucks. Neighbours on either side of our room came in after midnight and the racket was terrible. Our room shook. The AC was weak. Room quite warm.

Great location. Room was spotless and looked almost new. Enjoyed the well kept yard with the large trees and chairs. Price was reasonable.

Would have been nice to have a single use coffee and condiments to go with the drip coffee maker.

The lack of coffee machine in the kitchen. You have to buy coffee at restaurant, unless you have instant coffee to use with the percolator given.

Close to where we needed to be and they had availability on short notice.

The air conditioner was old and very, very noisy. It was in a heat wave so we had to leave it on.

Very clean and convenient. Pizza shop next door (great value) and only 2-3 minutes to Borden-Carleton Gateway shops / restaurants.

The room had been upgraded and had a small fridge, microwave, a few dishes. For the price we paid, we were extremely pleased! Even in the heat of the summer, the room was cool enough that we didn't even use the AC except once for 10 minutes.

This isn't a negative, but there are no attraction nearby. However, a short 15-20 minute drive gets you to Summerside, Charlottetown, even the other side of the island! We saved money and were able to go on wonderful scenic drives. Nothing negative about that!!
