When arriving we had already booked a campsite but our tent broke in the strong winds. We were soaked without a tent and tired. We looked up places ti sleep near by and found this cottage. We seen it had a bed and a shower and at this point that’s all we wanted. Upon arriving we were greeted by the owner. He chatted with us about where we were from once he heared how our night was and that we were going to go get food. He grabbed a large map. Circled destination points , circled camp grounds close by, explained what areas were good for tourist attentions. Suggested a restaurant close by. Upon entering our room we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room , cleanliness, and brightness. It was very cute and welcoming. It had everything you could think of and more. Microwave , tea kettle , toaster , hot plate , utensils, kitchen sink with soap, tv, large couch , small table with two chairs , large comfortable bed, bathroom with a full size fridge and freezer, blow dryer , broom , nice shower. A nice deck attached with table and chairs as well as a bbq. Close to other tourist attractions but tucked away enough to feel like your camping. I’d highly recommend this place and If the future ever allows we’ll be returning

This was our second visit to the property. The owner, Dwight is a wonderful owner and he always makes sure you have everything you need. He is always around and available. The cabins are comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for visiting North Rustico. You can walk into town, and the town has everything you need. There is even an American Crow on the property, that welcomes you by saying "Hello". That Crow was there the last time we were at the property, 3 years ago.

I don't really have anything negative to say.

Dwight, the owner, was a pleasure to chat with. His recommendations, welcoming energy, and stories were a highlight of our trip. The cottages are cozy, personal, and have a fantastic view of the ocean. Also, a great little kitchen and really nice mattresses! The location is easy to find, easy to get to, and easy to travel from being somewhat in between most PEI attractions. Overall, a great choice for families and solo travel. We even stayed two extra nights!

All good-nothing to note!

Noah and Dwight were amazing. They made sure we always had clean towels, the cabin was clean, we had everything we needed for our 5 day stay and a view of the harbour was just a bonus (cabin #4). The location was perfect, there is so much to see in and around the North Rustico area. Hometown hospitality really is 5 stars here.

We have Zero complaints about this property and experience.

Dwight, owner, was helpful in all regards. Met us at the front desk as we pulled in. He was able to give tons of suggestions including the oceanview lookout nearby. The property at the back had a large green space so our dog could run around. The chalet was quiet and roomy.

The room didn't have any shampoo. Soap provided was also very small.

First night I heard the scritch scratch of a mouse. Didn't enjoy that. I don't think extra should be charged for a dog unless maybe it's a deposit that we get back if there's no problems. The first night of traveling I stayed in a motel in New Brunswick that didn't charge anything extra for the dog. It was obvious that I hadn't traveled for a while as the prices seemed so high. I packed groceries and all so just ate 1 meal at McDonald's, didn't buy any groceries there. I think the next time I stay in PEI, I'll stay more central.

The staff was outstanding. They were always, available to answer questions and supply anything we needed. The owner gave us good tips on things to see and do. The mattresses were very comfortable. We slept very well every night.

Everything as advertised. Owner shared much knowledge about where to go, when to go and how to get there. He was readily available whenever we had a question. This location is most excellent with amenities just down the road. The appliances were all brand new and the kitchen is stocked with all the utensils that you need. Had a barbecue grill on the porch ready to go!

We arrived a few days after Hurricane Fiona. We kept in touch with the owner prior to arrival and he kept us fully up to date on the situation and the clean up and power restoration, business re-openings, etc. We decided to go ahead with the visit and it was excellent. Our cottage was comfortable, clean and well located to access sights and facilities. The owner was great at making suggestions for restaurants , sights, golf, etc. and went to great efforts to check out places that were open or closed even though he was very busy dealing with post hurricane issues. We were delighted with the overall experience given the unfortunate and difficult circumstances.

We had no negative issues

Property was a little dated, but very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The owner was very knowledgeable about the area and what was available for us.

There could have been a stove for cooking inside. The BBQ on the deck was great
