The staff was so friendly. We travelled with a dog that needed to be seen at AVC and the staff accommodated a room close to the door so he didn’t have to limp far and constantly asked if we needed anything and provided treats for the dog. Honestly the kindest group of people I’ve experienced while traveling. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant stay and I would certainly return and recommend!

Included Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated us to serve it a bit earlier since we had competition starting early. Beds were comfy, enough space. Rooms were clean and the bathroom. The lady running the breakfast area was really nice and working hard, good job to you!

The pool was cold and the kids won't stay more than 15-30 min in it. On a busy street, you hear sirens and cars if your room have a view on the street.

If you want a larger room, more bed space, and prefer to spend your funds on things to do (or eat!) instead of quaint accommodations, you gotta try this hotel. It's close enough into Charlottetown to make travel there easy, but near enough to all the main roads to make exploring the whole island easy from one base location. Staff could not have been more fun and informative AND helpful. Housekeeping staff was terrific, too, we just had to ask and it was done.

The facilities at this hotel are fantastic - the breakfast was really well done, convenient and with a good selection. The Wifi and desk set up were great. The staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions quickly and correctly. The parking was convenient and the location was very central for all the drives we did around the province. A great location for anyone wanting to explore PEI. And the price was reasonable.

Pleasant staff. Overall look of property excellent

I spilt a glass of water in the bathroom. I grabbed a hand towel to wipe it up. I looked at the towel I used and saw that the bathroom floor was dirty. Not filthy but definitely dirty. Wiped the floor in the hall o/s of bathroom same thing dirty. Perhaps a clean mop would help with the cleanliness.

It was great overall! Very clean, comfortable, had all the basics covered. The continental breakfast had a variety of options, kept well stocked and clean. Staff were ALL very polite, welcoming and helpful. Parking was free and there was plenty.

The pool was a little grimy and towels are kept at the front desk, but it was a bonus anyways. Not really in a walkable location, but we had a car and nothing was more than a couple of minutes drive for Charlottetown attractions.

Loved the friendly staff and that even though there was a hockey tournament staying in the hotel we were in a “quiet zone corridor “ . It was respected by the kids and the stay was amazing!

Wine glasses in the room. We only had paper coffee cups and plastic water cups in the bathroom.

Hotel was clean, modern and overall a good hotel. We had been traveling around the Maritimes and we were so glad that they had laundry facilities on site. Bring your coins, because you need 1 loonie and 2 quarters for each the washer and dryer. Front desk did have a bit of change if you needed some, but not sure how much. Room was spacious, bathroom was average size but clean. We asked for towels to be changed and toilet paper refreshed one morning and it was done when we got back. Overall good experience.

We stayed in a room that was on the bottom floor which felt like I was going into the basement. I prefer ground level or above, but since the room was clean and modern we stayed and it was fine. We went to check out the breakfast one morning and it was so busy and very small area, felt a bit uncomfortable with the spacing so we decided to opt out and go to Tim Hortons down the street.

Everything. There were so many amenities available for my use. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind. The bathroom was perfect for getting ready for the day. The bed was so comfy. And there was so much storage for my clothes.

Nice room, comfy beds, nice bathroom and shower, fun swimming pool.

I was told that, because of the holiday, only cold breakfast would be served. My family and I weren't very happy to not have the option of bacon, eggs, sausages and pancakes just because of a holiday. I believe as a big chain of hotels, they should have someone preparing hot food for guests.
