Spacious room, nicely decorated and was glad to have the microwave, fridge , and coffee maker and supplies. Was pleased it was carpet free and had really good curtains. All the staff were really friendly. The pool was perfect for kids, and the biggest reason we stayed here. I also liked so many great options on the kid's menu. The buffet breakfast on Saturday was wonderful. My grandson loved the pancake machine. The outdoor decor was amazing!

I didn't realise that the restaurant wasn't open every night, so maybe put that on the website. Although the breakfast was great on Sunday, on Monday the food was not hot. Some extra cleaning needed in shower and on heaters. The air conditioner was quite noisy.

Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Having a restaurant on site was a significant advantage. We ate one dinner on site which was good. Our booked room was not to our expectation. The hotel's management went out of their way to find us a satisfactory room.

It is an older hotel located in a busy suburban setting near several malls and restaurants. We would have preferred a more downtown location so our fault for not looking into this closer. Parts of the hotel need upgrading but overall a good hotel with an excellent staff.

The location was amazing. We did not have a car and had to rely on buses. The hotel is located accross from the Mall which had the bus hub. 1 bus from the airport. 1 bus to downtown. 1 bus to Summerside. Perfect. The staff was also wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a small patio. Loved the extra outdoor space. Our room was cleaned everyday. The front desk staff was always ready to help with any questions we had. Breakfast was good. They had both hot and cold options. There was coffee/tea/hot chocolate available all day. Lots of restaurants and shopping around the hotel.

The only (very small complaint) was the pool being a bit too cold. It was still super fun.

I didn’t like Wally’s restaurant.. we stayed at the hotel for 4 nights ..There was never a warm welcome from staff at the restaurant, every night visiting the restaurant there was. Several things not available from the menu.. staff failed to explain menu or specials .. Wally restaurant staff are very glum not one smile!,

The front desk staff both at check in and check out were fantastic and so helpful and accommodating with our special requests. They helped out with the storing of our frozen goods overnight, booking our early morning taxi to the airport and reconfirming it that morning, and put together a bagged breakfast for us because we were to too early for the complimentary breakfast at the hotel. We felt welcomed and looked after.

I liked location and the friendly staff. They seemed to all smile. Breakfast great!

The only thing I did not like was the very very musty smell in the out buildings. Room 169, I came home and kids noticed smell on me, would of loved a bath but noooo thank you. These poor out buildings need some care

Breakfast is great! We love the potatoes and sausages. It is a convenient location surrounded by superstore, Sobeys, shopping plazas, gas station and bank, easy to access roads to north, south, west and downtown. The hotel provides map of PEI! There are coin washer and dryer on-site.

TV is kind of old and not wall mount. Space inside is a bit narrow, anyway, We like the stairs from the 2nd floor to lobby.

The facilities were very good, we really liked the pool (which had warm water). The staff was nice and had the answers to all out questions.

The mattresses were too soft and hard to sleep on and the room generally a bit small and outdated but it was ok. Breakfast was ok though there weren't any vegetables...

Room was equipped with a lot of towels and cups. breakfast was delicious for continental, the pancake machine was a fun surprise! Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I wish the breakfast had a bit more fresh fruit. And the only water filling station was in the gym - which required a specific gym key card from the front desk which was inconvenient. A water bottle filling station in the lobby would be very helpful! The communal hallway carpet near our room gave the hallway a very sweaty smell. Room was totally ok though. And the one hallway door outside our room needs some DW40 - it was really disruptive with squeaking and slamming shut.

The staff were one of the highlights: very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The property itself is a bit dated. There are a few areas that could use improvement. For example, the TV in the room was quite small and not centered, and the overall look and feel of the room wasn’t great—it felt a little worn.
