Centrally located so access to Charlottetown, Victoria, and Rustico all easy. All bathrooms were upgraded and remodeled—our room #3 even had soaked tub plus glass enclosed shower. Place was immaculately clean. Innkeeper prepared the most unbelievable breakfasts daily. Different each day and included farm fresh eggs (she has her own hens), thick cut bacon, different homemade muffins and fresh fruit, waffles, pancakes, crepes,

There was nothing not to like… The innkeeper was terrific, food was over the top, and the place is immaculately clean. What more can anyone want?

I thought I had seen great B&B hosts before but then I met Marilyn. She is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Marilyn goes to great care to make sure all her bed linens, including comforters, and bathroom towels are above standard when it comes to cleanliness.. I wish everyone was so conscientious. If all that were not enough, there are the fabulous breakfasts. The is a wonderful variety of sweet and savory, You will not walk away hungry. We had a great stay at Chestnut Lane Bed and Breakfast.

Marilyn was a wonderful host. The breakfasts she provided were amazing. The information she gave me about things to do in PE ere top notch. I will definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises.

Location Close to everything you’d want to see ,so many areas to relax within the house and on a beautiful deck.. the breakfast were amazing! Marilyn the owner felt like I was staying at a relatives house.

Hard to see the driveway in the dark. Better signage needed. Perhaps install a sign on the opposite side of the highway from the driveway and bigger driveway markers.

Excellent hot breakfast and different daily, location for touring the island is perfect very quiet and laid back atmosphere nice deck area & tv in guest area inside, no tvs in rooms.

Couldn't find anything wrong with the bnb.

The location was perfectly situated between the north and south sides of the island. The breakfast was unforgettable, and we felt comfortable and welcomed the whole time thanks to Marilyn.
