Day manager went out of her way to get me a ride to ferry. Pleasant and personable. Greeted every time by staff members, Good morning, to how are you, etc, etc. The breakfast was very good. A lot of variety to please everyone’s appetite. I’ve been in the hotel motel restaurant hospitality business for over forty yrs. and I don’t have any complaints. Great job Everyone. You have a great team.

We got the queen suite and the bathroom was gigantic and swank. The photos didn’t do it justice. 3 people can fit in that jacuzzi tub. The bed was extremely comfortable. While the layout is weird (bay window looked out onto a hallway, so definitely some weird renovation update went on at one point) and you could hear anyone going down the hall, overall the experience was excellent. The room did smell of cigarette smoke upon entry (big no smoking sign on the door as we entered, ironically) but in an older facility like this I’m sure it’s difficult to eradicate the smell.

Family suite was ideal for a family with three kiddos, 15, 11 & 8. Plenty of space and access to an apartment sized fridge, full size stove, microwave and sink....helps to cut down on cost of eating out constantly while traveling.

Our biggest issue was the poor WiFi connection....we kept getting dropped and would have to reconnect on a regular basis.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile. The breakfast consisted of a good variety and the food was kept well stocked. Each staff member greeted us with a smile.

The only thing I could say was it would have been nice to have a bar of soap for the shower. The motel is an old one but is kept clean.

Overall it was a great experience, great staff, nice big pool, and decent size rooms. It was our second time staying there and we would definitely go back.

I'm a bigger person and the comfy arm chairs aren't big enough to accommodate me and the bathroom in room 104 was laid off really weird.

The whole family loved our stay at the Dutch Inn. They exceeded our expectations and were the best stay we had during our trip to the Maritimes. I would highly recommend to anyone travelling in PEI who wants to be close to Charlottetown. Kudos to the whole team for running a smooth operation!

Breakfast was good, and hot, it would’ve been better with fruit, egg choice, and meat. Staff were excellent, above and beyond my expectations.

Parking wasn’t the best, but it looked like they were working on the lot at the time. Stairs, climbing stairs to the room, down to the pool.

Location is great! Breakfast was hot and fresh. Enjoyed our stay there. Staff was welcoming and polite.

I hope they clean floors more often.
