Wonderfully renovated property in the heart of Charlottetown that keeps its old school charm and thematic teal color. Thoughtful touches throughout the building and in the rooms: usb charging nightstand lamps, both Roku and cable tv services, complimentary coffee and tea with large and beautiful mugs, etc. Nice continental breakfast each morning and well explained parking process (spaces available in the street in front of the property as well as a few spots behind the building). Seamless check in and check out. Very comfortable. Helen and David were very nice and have done a wonderful job welcoming people.

Lovely Old Victorian House - very clean and tidy, and very quiet guests. The Room we had was at the back- best if you do not want traffic sounds or street sounds to wake you. We were there for a very very busy weekend and live music playing at end of street stopped around 11pm and from then on it was very quiet. A/c worked very well, Rooms well appoointe, comfy beds and if you wnated to heat up a meal therew as a micorwave and kettle in room with peronal use dishes etc a sink and a fridge. Continental breakfast was ready and waiting and good range of items on offer including yogurts fruit bagels, breads muffins eggs fruit ceral etc etc Spotlessly clean kitchen area - excelnnt coffee machine and plenty of tea and coffee during the day if wanted. Parking is round the back ir on the street- they even supply coins to pay for parking if outside of free parking times. EXCELLENT location within walking distacne of everywhere

A bath mat would be very helpful for those less steady on their feet !

Every detail was planned ....the room decor was very personal/tasteful, mattress was phenomenal, even the towels were cozy. The owners are so sweet. Breakfast is simple but very adequate. You have never had a custom coffee in a B&B like this one! The location is a very easy walk to downtown and the waterfront.

Parking is limited but they do a great job accommodating you if you require metered street parking. It is hard to find a negative!

We had been upgraded when we arrived, which is always a nice touch, The room was fairly spacious with Coffee facilities both in room and available in the communal breakfast room at any time. A good idea from the owners was if you had to use the parking spaces outside the front of the property, there was more behind, you did not have to worry about getting up early to feed the meters, they would do it for you until 11:00 am. Nice one!

We were met with a note posted to the door giving us our instructions and room number. A little impersonal I thought. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would do so again if ever back over from the U.K.

Dave & Helen, the owners, are a lively couple very kind & welcoming! The property is a heritage house, very quaint & well kept, don't judge it by its outside appearance. The rooms are beautifully decorated & very clean & comfortable. They have a nice little kitchen/dining area upstairs. The breakfasts are nicely set out with fresh fruit, muffins, etc. Far better than some hotels we stayed at! Walking distance to waterfront & many restaurants. My wife & I highly recommend this property!

No dislikes everything very good

Kitchen was well appointed- everything we’d want for breakfast. Loved that it was available through the day/evening as well. Room was cute and comfortable. Host was fantastic and accomodating all requests.

Street noise was definitely a negative - cars/motorbikes throughout night and the pubs live music and patrons were heard through night. Nothing than the b and b can help.

The innkeepers were friendly, they have a gorgeous front garden, and an exceptionally clean property. The breakfast was very good, and check in was easy.

Stayed overnight on Saturday and the beer garden down the street had a wild party, including fireworks at midnight. With the windows closed it was more of a loud thumping, but still woke us up. Also, soundproofing in the room wasn’t great, I felt like others could probably hear us talking or watching television.

Everything is so great!! This hotel was the greatest hotel in a lot of hotels I have stayed until now. Because the owner couple had great hospitality and so kind.So I think that tourists can stay without any worries.And the building of this hotel has a old history but this hotel is so clean.And There a lot of nice home goods and paintings so room is also nice. Actually,I would like to tell many good things about this hotel to even more tourists. I could spend great stay for 10 days thanks to the owner couple. I will stay in this hotel again when I go to PEI next time.

The location is fantastic. just a short walk from Queen’s street and all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the couple that runs the hotel are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. There is continental breakfast provided in the morning and coffee and tea available throughout the day. the property is super cute and very centrally located. Across the street there is the best Chinese restaurant outside of Toronto.

Breakfast spread was very nice - everything including croissants bagles eggs bread cheeses berries and other fruits. Open tea and coffee bar in the kitchen area. Rooms were beautifully done and even the bathrooms. Modern touch in a historic home. He would put the parking coins in the meter incase you want to sleep in. Parking right outside the inn. They gave us oatmeal bars and chocolate and water bottles when we left. So centrally located and so close to everything. They gave us a lot of information of close by places to visit. Pleasant host and staff to talk to. I would recommend to picky family and friends
