From the minute we parked the car we could tell there was care about this hotel. The warm welcome and beautiful lobby was great. The attention to detail was impeccable. The lighting, the warmth, the cleanliness, the level of quality in every little.thing. Breakfast... probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever experienced. Fresh... made right there... and absolutely delicious! I believe it was the owner and his wife... not sure... but as someone who personally works in the food & beverage industry ( for at least 16 years now) it was noticed how kind these people were to their staff. They showed amazing care and consideration. We were a few minutes walk to the downtown core which was fabulous. No need to worry about taxis. The courtyard was beautiful as well... a little cold in novemeber to enjoy but certainly can't wait to enjoy it in the Summer as we will most definitely be booking a room in this amazing place again!!!

The location was excellent — within walking distance to the main street and the pier. The hotel itself was beautiful! The building has a charming historic feel, but the interior is newly renovated with no musty smell. Our room was spacious and perfect, and the bedding was very comfortable. We paid extra for an additional single bed. Breakfast was plentiful, with hot fried eggs available, and the bacon was absolutely delicious. The hotel’s garden was also stunning.

There was no laundry room, and the paid laundry service was expensive. For long-distance travelers, a self-service laundry would be a very thoughtful feature. I strongly recommend adding a guest laundry facility.

We’re so happy we chose this place! It truly feels like a little piece of Europe tucked away in Atlantic Canada. The hotel absolutely deserves the spotlight — everything was top-notch. We stayed in a family suite, and it was incredibly spacious, with spotless linens, comfy wide beds, a fully equipped kitchen — everything we needed and more. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of town. You can just step outside and enjoy peaceful walks along flower-lined streets. Parking was easy, and there’s even a lovely backyard to relax in. Breakfasts were delicious, and honestly, we didn’t expect this level of cleanliness and service. What a pleasant surprise.

In actually screwed up my check out date and they were so kind as to extend it without us having to move rooms. It sure made my error go so much smoother. I thank them greatly for this. To sum up our stay here. We have stayed in many hotels on our travels here in Canada, the USA and over seas and this is one of the top places if not the top that we have ever stayed in. We do not look for luxury hotels but normally 4 star because of many things. We enjoy a hotel that offers breakfast included and we do prefer a suite for the room it provides. Well this was all that and so much more. I cannot say enough good things and we have informed all our family in PEI. They have wandered so they could tell other family looking to stay in Charlottetown in the future. The breakfast was without a doubt the best we have ever had at any hotel stay anywhere. The windows in our room were huge so much light. Loved this. The carpeting was plush. The bed not only was comfortable but so luxurious. S was all the furnishings. They provide a Keurig for coffee and actual cream in the fridge. Bathrobes and slippers. Huge walk in shower with rain shower head plus hand held. Quiet too. If you open your windows then that is your problem. Lol. 10 out 10 for us.

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like. There were a couple of lights out in the chandelier but honestly that really wasn’t a negative. They may have just gone out.

We were very pleased with central location — perfect walking to downtown area and restaurants, perfect driving distance be PEI points of interest. This boutique allowed us a spacious room where we could relax during the day. Always love a king size bed and seating area for enjoying a book or a glass of wine. Breakfast offered everything from basic cereals to fancy frittata, most importantly great coffee 😁

I think the little kitchen space could have been a little more user friendly. Perhaps couple of small plates, cutlery set, dish towel and soap to clean counter space. Since we were there for a week and used our room as home base, a few more basic supplies would have been helpful. Also, an extra hook or two to hang damp towels, that could be reused.

Our only complaint was the lack of attention to conservation. The towels were replaced daily despite our hanging them up to indicate we were content to use them again. They are luxurious towels so would require considerable energy to wash and dry them. We suggest you consider a change in your practices in this area. It is common practice at other major hotels to ask guests to participate in conservation by reusing towels and bedding.

The breakfast was delicious for a hotel breakfast. A great choice of food and delicious frittatas and eggs. The bed was super comfortable and the room was beautiful. Staff was great and gave great recommendations of things to do on the island.

We have been coming to PEI for six or seven years and stay two months in the summer. I have wanted to stay at this property for a long time simply because their patio garden is so beautiful. Finally, we had the opportunity to stay and we loved it. It’s comfortable, has a great location to walk everywhere in Charlottetown and the staff just aim to please. The included breakfast is incredibly good and that breakfast staff really works to keep everything clean and tidy and to keep everyone happy.

Nothing not to like.

We stayed in a Superior apartment this visit and absolutely loved it. The apartment was spotlessly clean with the added benefit of a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable with luxurious linens and pillows and the bath towels were generous and absorbent. The included breakfast was very substantial and delicious especially the frittata and fruit salad. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and the area is quiet although just a 7-10 minute walk to the main theatre/restaurant/bar area.

Nothing, we loved everything.

Spacious, bright and cheerful and QUIET. Bed VERY comfortable. Breakfast very good/excellent.

Wall mounted TV range of movement limited but acceptable.
