The guest rooms are located on the lower level of a house in residential area. The rooms had separate keypad entrance. I was in room #5 with en-suite bath. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had tub and shower! There is a very well equipped kitchen down the hall with coffee maker, microwave, dishes etc. There is also a free laundry with washer and dryer. This was the perfect place for a solo traveler! I felt comfortable and safe.

Tina is the best, the kindest and the sweetest. Very understanding, accommodating and respectful and patient. Very responsive as well and attentive. I am just new here in Canada and staying at Lily's Garden is gonna be a core memory. Super clean room, smells very nice and I had a great night sleep. Will book again! My friend kept on saying it's a beautiful room. Also very accessible and convenient, just few mins away from downtown.

Tina was very attentive to cleanliness and she took the time to engage with every guest in a meaningful way.

More care should be taken when selecting a long-term, winter resident in Room 3. The man and woman mada a mess in the toaster oven and they were loud late in the night...after midnight.

Not easily accessible , Hard to go down that steep hill to the bottom

Very uncomfortable to sleep on that couch. No sheets provided. My son slept on the bed as he drove all the way from Moncton, so I chose the couch. Bad sleep. Bathroom far from your room when you get up in the middle of the night. Small room as well.

What a charming place! It’s neat and clean, with homey decor. There is a lovely full kitchen you can use with eggs, bread, cheese, milk, and coffee provided. They recycle and even compost, which we really appreciated. We stayed in Orchid (room 3) and had a large private bathroom across the hall. The room is mini fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and it was only 10 minutes to drive to Charlottetown. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was fine but wasn’t as comfy as most hotels. A memory foam topper would greatly improve it. Also the shower head was quite high so it was hard to shower without getting my hair wet. A water saver shower head would help this plus conserve water. These are very minor points intended as constructive criticism only.

Several minutes driving to Charlottetown. The house and the room is decent. There are free washing machine and dryer available. There are Chinese seasonings in the kitchen.

From time to time, the cold water becomes hot. The cooking utensils are not conveniently. The private bathroom isn't in the room, and the corridor is monitored. So it is a bit embarrassed to go to bathroom at night w/o pajamas. There is a small trail leading to the main door from the parking spot. It is quite elegant, but unfriendly for persons with lots of luggage.

room was not clean. tub was not rinsed (still had hair and stuff from the last user) out or cleaned. Floors were not swept, and that grossed me out, but if I overlooked that, the room was comfortable and nice.

other that the fact it was not cleaned well, the house was very efficient and had an eclectic feel to it.

We loved having a big bed and tv and the private bathroom was more than fine as well. It was nice to have cooking and laundry facilities and a shared living room. Good communication with the host. There was a mini fridge.

There was some mold in the shared coffee machine.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Nice and cosy room. We stayed there for two nights. Instructions received from the owner were clear. We needed their assistance with opening the door to a room. And they were prompt to respond and help. Overall, great stay.

overall, it was a good stay. the only issue that came up was when somebody blasted a loud music around midnight.

While I enjoyed your accommodations the only problem I had was with getting the $50 damage deposit when leaving but was told that it would be sent by email transfer.No fault of theirs I didn't get the info sent and am putting my email address here for this and also because when the dates of June 20-22 where booked mistakenly I could do nothing to unstop the booking through the Booking.com avenues with the hotel on pownal added to that it can empty a person's wallet quickly with no satisfaction since early June is also to long to be ignored.
