Location by airport is unbeatable and one could even walk there with luggage. The room was large, comfortable and peaceful which was perfect as I was flying to LA the next day and needed to repack, try to relax and sleep and still get a super early flight. In future when visiting PEI I will book flights and hotels around knowing that this gem is here! Also it passed my white glove test!

This motel is just few minutes walk from the airport and perfect if you're arriving late or taking off early. Saves money on Kari too if you don't have big luggages with you. The free breakfast was simple but nice - we got scrambled eggs, ham, fries, toasts, coffee and juices. Everywhere was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy, which is important. It exceeded the expectation for the price we paid. We got a free upgrade to a room with 2 beds so this review does not reflect the original room type.

If I were to pick on something, the AC was a bit loud.

Breakfast was great! I was expecting coffee, juice, toast and bagels. Much more than that! Scrabbled eggs, ham and of course, PEI home fries! This place is good value for money! The location was great! Just a few steps from the airport and about 1hr walk to downtown Charlottetown. I would definately stay here again and will recommend it family and friends. Thank you!

The breakfast was excellent! I was very pleased to have oatmeal for breakfast, along with toast and delicious coffee. The staff was kind, friendly and very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient for where we wanted to go in Charlottetown. We were made to feel welcomed and appreciated. This is a great place to stay! Highly recommend the Sherwood Inn.

There was nothing negative at all at the Sherwood Inn. This is hospitality at its finest.

The room was clean, comfortable and met our needs. The breakfast attendant was so lovely. She was pleasant, quick to please, kept the food and beverages moving along. She kept things tidy, she was engaging in conversation. The grounds were pretty.

The front desk young man was NOT friendly or helpful. he did have any eye contact with us, was asked to bring us more towels because we only had 2 and we had 3 people. He was not outrightly rude, but he was unpleasant.

We booked a no smoking room, but discovered that someone had smoked in it earlier. The staff quickly arranged for us to move to a new room. It was smoke free and very nice. Breakfast was quite nice.

All room are supposed to be smoke free. Someone did not notice that the room had been smoked in.

A larger room than we usually get and 2 beds which was nice. Room smelled so nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Asked for decaf coffee and got some. B'fast was good, only thing it was almost cold and potatoes were not fried to my liking. Staff very friendly. We return every year. Have not stayed in the Inn just the motel area. We watched how well they clean a unit when guests leave, :)

The only thing I would like b'fast potatoes fried more and have the "hot" food, hot. A box of kleenex (tissues) would be nice to have in the room.

I liked that they had a fridge with freezer and also a two burner stove

There was a sofa bed but you couldn't sit on it as the cushions were so thin you could see and then also feel the metal. We used it to store our luggage in. It really should he replaced

Breakfast was convenient. We did not have to leave the area to find a restaurant. the room was nice and clean. THe kitchenette was an added bonus.

The shower curtain fell down the first night we stayed. Reported it the next morning to a staff member, but it was not fixed at end of the day. It was still down when we checked out.

Well equipped clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed.
