The check-in and out were easy, the grounds well kept, and rooms clean. The towels were a beautiful microfiber that were quite soft and lovely. New AC from a modern minisplit made the cottage environment comfortable. It had everything we needed for dishes and utensils as well. Lots of hot water for 4 people to have showers.

The beds, bedding, and other furniture, as well as interior finishes, were all very old and well worn but not uncomfortable. The shower was quite finicky but worked.

The cottage was clean and spacious, the family running it are so sweet and on top of everything. It's a perfect distance from everywhere and anywhere you want to go and see. The beach is 10 minutes away and a drive in movie theater is even closer than that. The pool and fire pits are all central so you can see the kids where ever they venture off to.pool is so refreshing and clean

The facilities are pretty dated and a lot of stuff is run down or broken (chairs, playground equipment) but that is only a small part of this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage in PEI. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you could need, from cookware and utensils to table salt, pepper, and BBQ supplies. The cottage itself is cozy and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home. Its convenient location near Cavendish Beach allowed us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the beach without any hassle. The interior is comfortable and inviting, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the hosts, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This cottage is an excellent choice for anyone looking to experience the beauty of PEI in a comfortable and convenient setting. We would definitely recommend it to any friends or family planning a trip to the area.

Everything is great. I would recommend providing hair dryer as well.

The staff is amazing: kind, forthcoming and responsive! It’s also well located; only a 15 minute drive to Brackley Beach and 20 to Charlottetown (both awesome!)The grounds are super fun for small kids and the pool is refreshing and well cared for.

The cottages are dated and I’d call it ‘roughing it’…but they were certainly clean and cared for.

The staff were amazing, very kind and accommodating,( We were given the wrong cottage. When we checked in, but it was fixed and we got into our cottage that We booked the very next day).The property was absolutely stunning.

I think the cottages could use Some updating and A couple of wingback chairs or Something like that for seating. When there's more than 2 people, the love seat is not enough for Comfortable seating,

We were in the older cabin which suited us great, the kitchen was well equipped with utensils, pans and dishes. Bathroom although not spacious had lots of hot water, towels etc. the pool and grounds were very clean and spacious and fire pit enjoyed.

Only complaint was mosquitoes and that was out of anyone’s control

We rented their 5 bedroom house. It was very clean and comfortably furnished. Enjoyed the extra large dining table in the kitchen. The location is ideal located in the northern middle of PEI. Allowing you to go to either end of the island and Charlottetown. We traveled with our small dogs and the property was dog friendly. We found the owners very friendly and accommodating, Loved their big garden!!

The room was clean. They had lots to do, with a pool, a game room with video games and board games, a pool table, movies, three fire pits, and a playground for kids. The area was beautiful, I walked from there to see beautiful farms and the shoreline. They also have alpacas. They had everything we needed to cook including grills outside.

The shower got cold when anyone ran the water including our neighbors.

We enjoyed the large cottage. We were a group of friends getting together for the first time in a while, there were no concerns about how loud our group was as we were away from the other cabins. plus, the llamas are adorable and we were close to their field.... and the little turtle tank at the top of the stairs is a fun little touch. Kitchen was well stocked and had all you need. Including tea towels, and other cleaning items.

The TV in the living room did not work or have any cords to connect the TV receiver. The cottage is a little outdated, however I think it gives the cottage some character.

It was a nice quiet location not too far from tourist spots and close to fantastic beaches. Loved the Llamas next door to the cabin and being able to see the gorgeous sunset! Rustic but comfortable!

Would have been nice to have a private fire pit at our cabin instead of only a couple shared ones. The beds weren’t super comfy but manageable.
